Johnnys New York Style Pizza

I am a big fan of Johnny’s. The pizza is good and the calzones are great. The wait staff is good although I often get mine to go. I will always eat at this Johnny’s and the others around the metro area. This is 4 ½ stars.

Came in at lunch, not very busy, sat at counter for 10 minutes, employees walked by, no one ever spoke. I left, don’t waste your time.

They got the order wrong & didn’t even offer to bring correct pizza or comp/​discount check. Seriously, bad service in addition to less than average flavor.

I’ve ate here a couple of times although sometimes the service is slow the food is good I love their chicken bacon ranch wrap really good if your like me and have a very low tolerance to gluten. This is one of the only pizza places I can eat and it is very good too:)

I was absolutely floored when the owner refused to accept a
voucher that clearly had his location and address on it. Plus, my husband and I had used the same vouchers there before. He flat out lied and said he had never accepted them. I will not patronize an establishment owned by a liar!

Being from New York City myself I know the New York pizza quite well… this is my take on this restaurant: the Pizza was not quite like a New York pizza but it came real close… closer than anything here in Atlanta… very good… however stay away from the cheesecake… tasted Frozen… service was very good and surprisingly fast…

I always enjoy the pizza here — whether I order a full pizza or by the slice.
The service is good — staff has always been very friendly and inviting.

Johnny’s is one of the few places that you can order extra cheese and know that they will actually put extra cheese on the pizza. Every time I order from Johnny’s the pizza is always loaded with cheese so if you love extra cheese, Johnny’s is the place to go!

I love pizza but their pasta is good too! Servers are friendly and it has a good atmosphere! Have a good time at trivia on Wednesday’s too! Great place for the whole family!

So I was craving a calzone and sweet tea. This is the best place to get both, so I did not mind the 20 min ride to get there. I have been sold on this location for years now because the service and food is consistent. We ordered a Greek salad, slice of gourmet and calzone with Italian sausage because I am a pretty plain topping person. The waitress was working all the tables alone and doing a great job of multitasking, and I felt bad for her. While watching the Giants kill the Saints, which already had me on cloud nine, I drank my tea. I have no idea how many cups of sugar they use but it is always always just right. Sadly the glass I had was just like plain tea, so I ordered a coke. Happy with my decision I patiently waited on the food and as always my stomach was happy. The guy that made the order could not have done it any better, the slice of pizza was crisp, as we requested, full of toppings, and the calzone had all ingredients evenly spread out. Their sauce is always best with some cheese poured into it, and the garlic brushed over the top is heavenly. Anyway all was well, and when dinner was over, I asked the waitress for a coke to go, she told me she was making tea now and did I want to wait and try hers… good tea hmmmm of course I waited. as always I get it to go with no ice since I am so full I can’t drink anymore for the day. Well this girl delivered, I tried the tea the next day and wanted to call and tell her «you did that» but I could not remember her name. All in all the prices are fair, and again good food and good service is how a company keeps me coming back.

Food was good… Not outstanding, but good. Servers were nice, however the service was SLOW!!! Took almost an hour to get the food and the place was about ¾ — ½ full. Final verdict: the food is not good enough for that kind of wait.

Awesome Pizza — Loaded with toppings. This was only my 2^nd visit and each time I have told my family we will definitely go back but never seemed to make it. Now that Eagles Landing Pkwy is complete this will be a regular stop for us for sure.

They have SUCH great crust! I could eat it all day. You have to try their pizza and calzones. Nice service and the manager always stops by for a quick chat! He’s a good guy with a great family restaurant.

My husband & I go here quite often! We love the garlic knots that come in a bowl of garlic butter! :) Quite tasty! We usually get their Stromboli cause you can put anything in it! The small is good to split for a meal but if you want leftovers go for the large! We can eat off of a large twice (& it’s great warmed slowly in the oven for a late night snack)!
The service has always been par. We’ve never been when they were real busy but they do have ‘events’ during the week so they might draw a crowd for that stuff.

The slices are ok but a whole pizza??? NO! a whole different story :/
Like Keri Hilson say. «Don’t Do It» Yuck I couldn’t believe it was the same Pizza Place, I“ve ordered slices from two of their locations all the time but twice I ordered whole Pies and both times they were awful. hmmm :/

Yummy. I’m not a pizza fan myself… But anyone that had garlic knots dripped in garlic so addictive that when you think of them you forget that you have to use the restroom deserves a great review.
I’ve never eaten in the restaurant itself… But, their deliveries are always on time, and drivers have always been more than curtious.
I have had their pizza (regardless of whether I’m a fan of pizza in general) and I love their variety. They have white pizzas, great veggie pizzas, and their peperoni pizzas are probably my favorite.
Their salads are great!!! Their sandwiches are also recommended. Their pastas? Stay away from those.
So, if you need pizza… If you’re craving garlic knots… Order from Johnny’s!
