I took my first ride today in my new Mini which I purchased through Bob. This was my 3^rd new car using his services, and yet again he found the absolute best deal for me and delivered the car very quickly. The first vehicle I purchased through him was $ 1300 less than the best deal I thought was possible. The second was $ 1500 less and I received it that week while the waiting list at the dealerships was 6 months. This time he got me my car in time to head on a road trip, exactly as I wanted, and negotiated my lease terms. I couldn’t be happier. And the best part? I never had to talk to a sales person. There is absolutely no stress involved. I will never buy a new car any other way.

My experience with Bob Peralta was fantastic. I am a new home buyer and knew very little about the real estate realm. Working with Bob was a very educational experience. Bob knows the real estate field very well and was able to guide us through the labyrinth that is the real estate field.

— added piece of mind and additional value to your purchase in getting the sellers to agree to pay for a 1 year home warranty and a 2 year roof certification.
— choosing the right title and escrow company that provided value and experience in navigating this 3^rd party process.
As one may see, Bob is very well versed in the field of real estate, is a wonderful communicator able to communicate via multiple platforms, and takes very professional care of all his clients. Lastly, he makes sure to keep his clients up-​to-​date on any new progress in the buying process which is very much appreciated.

I felt I was working with an HONEST professional in the field, who is well-​seasoned, knowledgeable, and really interested in lightening the emotional and psychological blow of losing your home.
I’m amused to put it in the following metaphor. He handled the diverse snake that the BANK MEDUSA represented; one snake wanted to foreclose on me, while another attempted to set me up for a loan modification, and others required the same paperwork repeatedly. Most people said it would take 4 – 6 months. My head spun: he called and communicated with the right snake head and had them process all paperwork in an impressively expeditious manner! It took them 2 months!
He cushioned my dealing with the bank: I got him all documents in a timely manner and then honestly didn’t worry about the multiple threatening bank letters that I was receiving during the process. All said and done, my family and I are very grateful to him.

WOW, That is the simples way to say it all about my resent New Home purchase in which Bob Peralta was my Realtor. Not only did he show us 40 homes but his knowledge saved us some very big bucks and prevented us from making a couple expensive mistakes.
