I’ve been to this computer shop many times over and I’d say it’s my go to spot whenever I need to get my laptop repaired. They let you know what’s wrong and call you to let you know if it’s finished or if something else comes up. I’d recommend this to people looking to fix there computer

A week ago I took my computer in to get it diagnosed. They were very friendly and we’re quick to take it apart and find out why it was not working. It turns out I bought a crummy computer and the motherboard needed to be replaced. Well I’m going to buy a new computer because it is not worth fixing. Every though they had to give me bad news they were very friendly and didn’t charge for the diagnostic test!

A couple days ago I had stupidly allowed someone remote access to my computer. Feeling uneasy afterwards, I immediately contacted Computer Pros and explained what happened to one of the owners, Luis. I felt my computer was compromised and needed it cleaned up, updated, and any portals closed asap!
Luis had me bring it in the same day for them to take a look at it and would call me before they proceeded with any fix. Erik, his partner, called me within an hour, gave me a very affordable price quote, and went right to work on it. It was ready the next day. Luis was even nice enough to carry it out to my car in the rain for me!
My computer now works like a charm, everything was backed up, and I now have my peace of mind back. They were very knowledgable, professional, and quick. I dealt primarily with Luis and I definitely appreciated his friendly patience with me since I can barely tell a mouse from a monitor. ;)

They’re a great shop. Both very friendly and helpful. They gave me a good explanation on what’s wrong with my computer and laptop. The prices are reasonable, and they got fixed everything fast. If anything happens to my PC or laptop, I’m going here again.

Erik and Luis are the best at what they do brought my laptop back to life and they were able to fix my sons tablet with a great price. I will continue to go to them for all my computer needs thanks Erik and Luis.

These guys are great! The keyboard on my husband’s two-​in-​one laptop/​tablet was not working properly and they were able to fix it easily.
They were really approachable and I’ll be going back if anything else happens.
Minus 1 star since they said they would call by the end of the day (I had dropped off at noon) and when I hadn’t heard back, I called them (approx 4:30p) and was told they were staying later (approx 6p) and would give me an update then and didn’t. I ended up calling again in the morning to try figure out when it would be finished. (Done before noon the day after drop off — so KUDOS for 24 hour turnaround)

My laptop was having issues for two months now. I happen to stumble upon Computer Pros near Marshalls on March Lane. I dropped off my laptop at lunch time. They were very fast, efficient and sensitive with my time. I got a call a couple hours later with a solution and fix for my laptop and believe it or not it was ready same day. I really appreciate their transparency and honesty. I would highly recommend them!

Check out Erik and Luis! They will solve any of your computer needs and problems. As well as help you with any Comcast services such as Xfinity TV, high speed internet, and home phone services!!!

Computer Pros is one of the best in town. The customer service is great. I have been coming here for about a year, bringing all of my families laptops and desktops. Computer Pros left them like brand new or he let me know when it was time to buy a new one. They truly are very knowledgable about computers. They also offer FREE DIAGNOSTICS!

Heard about this place from my buddy’s at the gym… Came in with my 5 year old PC that was running super slow… He took it and cleared it all up in 2 days I had it back and running faster than new! This could be the best place where you could find a solution to your computer problems in Stockton! Eric and Luis are very professional and friendly who can actually teach you to learn your computer. They helped me built my desktop and it never fails me, not even a single error! They also arranged this place very clean and well organized. Again, this could be the best place in Stockton area if you need professional IT help and services!
