I called to ask a few questions, and I was treated with disrespect over the phone. I called with a simple question. If you’re like me, paying someone $ 100 for a consultation can be expensive, especially when you’re not made of money but, if a law firm cannot show any decent respect over the phone, I cannot imagine why anyone would want to pay a dime for your time.
The woman over the phone rudely asked me, «Do you even live in San Joaquin county?» and surprised by her tone I responded, «What the heck? Yes! I live in Stockton.» Then she says «Well, sorry we cannot help you have a nice day» and hung up before I could say another word. I understand that many questions cannot be answered over the phone but if you’re a law firm then it is expected that people are going to be calling for HELP; if you cannot show any common courtesy over the phone to those who call, then your business is worthless and being managed poorly. I much rather spend my money and my time with a law firm and attorney that actually cares about the case, not the money in their pocket.

I recommend anyone who needs legal action in a divorce to Curry and Westgate. I was impressed with him on how calm when negotiating and above impressed on how he was able to put my respondent’s attorney at bay with his strategic questions and response .Then working with their staff was beyond my expectations. Serena is a game player and VERY ATTENTIVE communicator (BIG Plus) and always up on my document needs. Also, I want to thank Merriam for cross communicating my needs to their staff.
