This place is a joke as to how they conduct business! I was actually just walking by when I decided to see if they had Michael Kors watches. To my surprise they did, a female manager/​owner came to help me and we negotiated a discount that I was satisfied with. I asked her is it was possible to pay it in a few payments and she said yes if you get approved. She ran my credit and came back and said, you got approved but I can’t authorize the discount. I was like, excuse me?! Haha It was just extremely funny and disappointing. I opted not to purchase the watch and walked away based on principle. Do your homework before you come here!

THIS IS THE WORST JEWLERY STORE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. My husband purchased my engagement ring from them. After the 3rd time the diamonds fell out and we had to go get them replaced the jewler finally said «oh yeah that type of setting always has diamonds fall out.» You would think that after the first time or better yet before purchasing that would be some information to share. So needless to say we got a different style diamond ring. I have had my ring since July and the diamonds have already fallen out twice! Marina the owner does not know the meaning of customer service. Not once has she said she is sorry for her poor quality merchandise. She is in no rush to return your phone call. Like you are bugging her. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. HEED MY WARNING POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE DO NOT USE. Maybe if they spent there money on their product instead of trying to open new stores they would have better product.
