I have 3 issues. #1-​I wanted an inspection –Mr Harlan felt he could do so with the Insert still in. While expressing my dismay, he said to remove it would be an extra $ 40 – I said i would take the two bolts out and remove myself (not a true insert). #2– walked across my carpet in dirty clothes & shoes when specifically asked not to– then proceeded to grumble about it. #3– When I asked him to leave – RED flags ALL OVER this appt– he cont’d to argue with me — even calling from down the street after he left to continuing to argue. The worst part is==now this terrible man knows where I live… dont make the mistake I did.
