JP’s Signs & Graphics

I’ve done business with them for over 5 ½ years. I’ve had t-​shirts, hoodies, business cards, flyers, signs, personal business like my car windows tinted and more printed here. I’ve seen their business grow throughout the years and with most businesses once they start to expand and grow they usually forget the people who were around in the beginning or become too busy to give you the one on one attention you used to have, this is not the case here. I am surprised every time I come by, I still feel welcomed and I always leave feeling as if my business is important to them. Sometimes I call first, sometimes I come by without notice and they always make time for me. One thing I must stress is as a business manager and owner I need my graphics to be the best and JP’s has the absolute best graphic artists, I cannot do that myself but their graphic artists are the BEST. I’ve had many logos and designs made here and I cannot stress how amazing they are! If I have a last minute job (and I’m known for this) they always try their best and go out of their way to help me get what I need done in the time I need it and I really really appreciate that! I can always count on JP’s to get the job done big or small. My clients love my apparel, it looks like I paid big bucks to have the work done but the prices are very reasonable and I couldn’t do business without them! I highly recommend them for all your printing jobs whether apparel, personal or business printing needs and my car windows look amazing also! Thanks JP and staff for everything you do!

I hardly write reviews and when I do it’s usually a positive one, being a local business owner my self I understand how sometime we all make mistakes, I always give them a chance to fix it, how ever with this company this is not the
here is my story of doing business with this company.
My Buisness relationship with this company started in the last week of October 2015, a young man who goes by Razi, came in to my store.
Well spoken and was really determined that he could take care of all our graphic/​design wrap
we signed a contract with this company and wrote them check for $ 1200 as a deposit. i met him on a Wednesday and he said let me finish off some small projects until the weekend and we’ll start your work on Monday. Monday comes and he’s on vacation! For a whole week! Work was then suppose to start next when he gets back. I had to take the initiative to go to the shop and get the digital graphics made. Then Monday comes and they’re supposed to start to install the work that I had them get done at their shop for 3 hours. The week goes by saying tomorrow, tomorrow etc. I decided to not continue with the project any longer and Razi says he doesn’t work there anymore.
A couple weeks go by and they finally come and install our banner,(I will post pics to show how bad of a job they did).we also ordered a maroon decal for our window, they came and installed a white one, we had a wrap made for our Ice cream freezer, Razi apparently does not know how to measure and it turned out to be too
they ended up installing it on the wall. i will post pics of everything I’m talking about. This company is absolutely the worst!!!
This company by far is the worst professional relationship I ever
is 12÷09÷15 and the banner is still not fixed, and we just received our 5k Buisness
took this company 1 month and 11 days to print 5000 Buisness cards. they refuse to come and fix the white decal that was suppose to be maroon!
They told us today that someone will be here tomorrow 12÷10÷15 to fix the banner, we“ll wait and see if they show up.
We tried every avenue to get these issues resolved but no response so I had no choice but to write this review.

I was told the signs would be ready in a set amount of time. Then I was somewhat avoided by the company and then they told me it would be almost double to triple the amount of time that was originally agreed upon to finish the signs. Come to find out, they outsource some of their projects (of which included mine). I’m sure they mean well business, but for me this was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. They could have at the very least got back to me and broke down the details. Anyways this is why I am giving a 1 star. My opinion, take your business elsewhere.

Very horrible service, I used to do all my business here even though they treated me very poorly and then when they doubled my prices for no reason that was the final straw. Serrano printing does everything that they do and they treat you right.

I started giving these guys my business cards to print up and found them to be very professional. Razz Palaez took the order and handled it very quickly. I have since given them some more business and just picked up a sign from them today. I am blown away with the quality of the product and the fact that I gave them very little direction to handle this order. These guys are top notch.!!

Updating my previous review because they came out and fixed the problem from before, and made sure that it is exactly to our standards.

Jp signs does an excellent job and they have a very fast turn around! If you want to be taken care of and get a great product go to no signs.

I found this place calling around for a price on shirts to be printed for my biz. He gave me a price much better then the guy I had used previously, so I put an order in, JP walked me thru all the diff. Styles and colors, I’m super picky so it too some time lol but he stayed with me making sure I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price! Shirts were done in just 2 days! He had them overnighted and printed the next day! Wow… I could go on and on but long story short he has warped a truck for me and dose all my signs, banners, cards, flyers, stickers everything for my biz! Great crew on site, all very professional!

As a previous Print shop owner. I know what to expect from a print shop. I was referred by them by one of my clients, hoping to build a good business relationship. Sadly, they failed to meet my projects due date, but even more disappointing is that, they fail to communicate at all. With deadlines I had to meet, they didn’t want to answer their phone, i even called in one time and their staff didn’t even know where they boss was located to answer where my projects are up to date. Clearly unprofessional, I given them many chances simply cause I wanted to build a partnership, but obviously they aren’t ready yet to step up the plate. Maybe good for tints, wraps, but for prints STAY AWAY.

I just had my windows tinted at this place, which from the façade you wouldn’t assume that they tint car windows, but this place is great. I dealt with the owner J.P. and as my windows were being done he offered to give me a ride back home. I declined since my buddy was on his way but that was great of him to offer, I didn’t expect that.
The price to have my windows tinted was a bargain compared to other places that I received quotes from. J.P.‘s tint guy was fast too, I received a call about an hour earlier than I expected and overall I feel like I underpaid. Go here for all of your tint needs and check out the stacks of business cards that they offer, a few were so impressive that I kept a couple just in case my business ever gets off the ground.
