I’m Michael Blair the founder and CEO! I was born and raised in Stockton, CA. I’m no college graduate, don’t have any degrees, I’m just a hard working guy that got fed up with the whole 9 to 5 thing. I wanted to create something of my own, something that I could build upon and be proud of. The biggest joy I get out of doing junk removal is seeing the happiness and relief on our customers faces when all their clutter and junk is finally gone!

I highly recommend Mike (Junkout Junk Removal) …I called and he came the next morning to give an estimate. After his quote. I didnt hesitate … I gave him the green light… He got to work right away… Mike and his crew was professional, curtious, fast and the removal fee was fair/​reasonably priced.

Mike gave me a great estimate, day and time he would arrive. On the day he was to arrive, he kept in touch by text to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He rang my doorbell right on time. He quickly loaded up my stuff and I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up the area… they removed the small remaining bits and pieces then swept the area clean! They were pleasant, friendly and professional. Definitely a good experience and offered the best price out of five places I called. I highly recommend this service.

I called Mike for an estimate and he worked around my schedule to meet with me on short notice. He then quoted me a more than reasonable price to remove a huge amount of garbage that was left behind from squatters.

I found Junkout Junk Removal on Unilocal to get rid of lot of stuff before moving out. I called Mike and he came over and gave me a competitive quote to compare with other services. Thereafter, setting a time with him was very easy. The team of two came out yesterday to remove junk from inside the house, the garage and the backyard. He always answers his phone and is very flexible with the time. The quote stays — there are no surprises after the service is rendered. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

We were in the process of moving. Needed to get rid of some old couches and a bunch of junk. Mike was very prompt and quoted us very reasonable price. He showed up on time, even called ahead of time to verify appt. Junk was hauled very quickly and they even swept up after. Will definitely use them again. Awesome!

We had half a house to get rid of and after calling Mike on Saturday, he was out on Sunday to pick up our old furniture and junk from the garage. What would have probably cost $ 500 and a broken back from taking to the dump, Mike took it away for half that. Would definitely recommend!

I found Mike’s site from a Google search. He was quick to answer the phone and agreed to stop by my house the next day on short notice. Mike showed up on time and had made sure he called me beforehand to let me know he was on the way. He did a great job quickly removing a number of large items from my backyard.
