Kym with a Y Organic Spa & Waxing Studio

I was extremely disappointed with my service or better to say not existing service. I made appointment about two days in advance, receptionist booked me with person that was not available for my appointment. I did not receive message but about an hours before my appointment. I also approached salon door only to find a note addressed to me to call and reschedule, I called twice that evening and no response. I even tried their appointment services to book another appointment and somehow website kicked me out before I could finish my booking. I am extremely disappointed in their service, receptionist seemed completely uninformed and poorly prepared to work with clientele as well as empty promises from Kym. I will not be coming back, they definitely lost my business.

I’ve been here once and Kym was very professional and I enjoyed the experience. She provided a great massage and uses a high-​quality skincare line for facials.

I am so glad to have received a gift card from my parents for Christmas several years ago, because I may have never found Kym on my own. Kym gives wonderful facials and guides you on which services you need based on your skin type. The Eminence line of beauty products made an immediate and lasting change in my skin and could never not use them. Her staff is friendly and her online reservation system makes booking convenient.

Without a doubt this studio is the best for all of your facial, waxing, pedicure and massage needs! Kym and her staff are nothing but professional.
I usually get the deep tissue massage from Kym because I work out all the time and am in constant need of a massage. Kym is always quick to fit me in if I have hurt myself and she always remains professional and explains what she is doing (upon my request)
For facials I always try something new, because you just can’t go wrong with the facials here!
Waxing– the best, hands down! I am very picky about my eyebrows. I informed Kym due to products I use on my face, I can not have wax on my skin. She was more than understanding and she shaped my brows by plucking them. She did a beautiful job!
Overall this is a classy spot that is the best in Stockton! See for yourself, she has all the awards on the wall to prove it!

Poor appoiment services! Booked online few days early for microdermabrasion and they kept calling me and moving my time at their convinience only! Not a good treatment for customers who are also on time sensitive too.

I’ve never experienced the negative reviews other people are posting… I’ve been going to Kym with a Y since the spa opened. That says a lot!
Services I’ve received are brow and lip wax design, Brazilian wax, royal highness package, muscle meltdown, and when I was pregnant, the mother-​to-​be massage.
All services have been beyond my expectations. Kym has always been friendly, professional, and a perfectionist at her work. The spa is beautiful and relaxing.
Best advice is to book your appointments and call if you have any questions. The receptionists are very friendly and professional as well.

Lovely place, friendly staff but a poor Brazilian wax job. Patches of hair remained –1″ in length! Not worth the $ 60 price tag. I expected a far better wax job than what I received!
Strips are used instead of hard wax. Overall it was an extremely ammature job! So disappointed!

Wow! Kym did a wonderful job on my full leg/​bikini wax. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable even though she was around private areas. Worth every penny!

Loved, loved, loved my massage, but I felt that I got cut short with my time. I got the your royal highness massage which was $ 150 plus the amount of tip I gave her, so about $ 170. This combination included a 1 hour massage and a 30 minute facial. I was in and out of there in about an hour which didn’t count the time I waited after I changed for the masseuse to come in. I loved how she didn’t make conversation like some masseuses I’ve encountered. I was able to relax and feel all the knots she was undoing. However, when it came time for the facial, she would put on the serum on my face and then massage the front part of my body. She would continue the pattern until the facial was done. I honestly thought it would have been one full hour of a massage and then a whole 30 minutes on my face because that was the description the the pamphlet. I wish I would’ve told her how I felt after I left, but I felt soo relax I didn’t want to ruin my mood. After I thought about it, I felt that others should be aware. I should’ve asked how she timed the entire service. I honestly felt that my 1 hour and 30 minutes started right when I checked in for my appointment.
After Kym read my review she didn’t hesitate to send a refund check & explaining with details what could’ve happened because of a miscommunication. I appreciate it, thanks for the awesome customer service.

It doesn’t get better than Kym with a Y! The staff is always nice, helpful, and accommodating. The spa is clean, calm and serene, SO nicely decorated! Kym is amazing and her staff is just as great! I’ve NEVER been disappointed here!

Kym is a true professional. The product line is so gentle and smells great. My skin looked great after, even without makeup. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and look forward to the next time. Kym’s massage skills are outstanding!

The spa was beautiful… I’ve gone to several different spas in the Stockton/​Lodi area and I have to say this has been the best. The décor is very tranquil and inviting. I had a 1 hour massage with Jamie and she was probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Not only her technique was superb but how comfortable she makes you feel and how professional she is. The receptionist was also very pleasant and made you feel very welcome.
I’m definetly going to be return customer!

I have had a massage, facials, and waxing done here for 3 years. Kym and her receptionists are always professional and friendly. The place is always clean, soothing and aesthetically pleasing. I recieved a facial and massage late in my pregnancy, and it was wonderful, peaceful and quiet. I regularly go in for a waxing appointment that could be uncomfortable, BUT Kym always makes it pleasant and as quick as possible. I seriously don’t know how she does just a perfect job so fast! I wish the spa all the prosperity and credibility it deserves. Thanks!

It took me several years and places to find an aesthetician that could do my eyebrows right. So glad I found Kym. She was working at Reflections, then went to Lavender Fields and eventually was able to open up her place. It’s pretty small and usually open only by appointments but she always seemed to fit me in the last minute.
Her spa is relaxing and she’s such a professional, you know you’re in good hands.

Kym is a true professional. I’ve gotten waxed here a couple of times and it’s always a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. The facilities are very relaxing and comfortable and Kym does everything she can to make you feel comfortable, which you might be if you’re getting waxed. Even when I’ve called at the last minute she fits me in. I honestly can’t wait to go back and get a facial when I get paid again!

The spa itself is small and nice. It doesn’t feel overwhelming to go and is a very relaxing environment.
