I contacted this rental company for a jump house just 3 days before my party and the service was great. I wasn’t sure if it was going to rain on the day of my party, the rental company said if it rains I could cancel before they come and there wouldn’t be a charge. Luckily it didn’t rain, they delivered and set up the jump house between the time we agreed, it only took 10 minutes for them to set it up. The cost was reasonable, the jump house looked relatively new and was clean. I will definitely be renting from them again!

I’m sad to say that I picked this company because of their positive reviews and they didn’t show up for my event today. I called the number 3 times and even left a message but received no response. I rarely ever leave bad reviews. It’s too bad I have to leave this one.

After a different company failed to confirm our rental, we called here. They were able to fit us in for the next morning at a very reasonable price. We were so relieved! The bounce house itself was just what we wanted and the people were friendly. Party success!

I LOVE THEM! I’ve been a faithful customer since 2012. I was just blown away with our last rental yesterday. It was short notice (same day) and they had it over in 20min. It was also raining off and on throughout the day. We weren’t able to use the jumper for most of the party so M. J’s left it over night so my girls can enjoy it in the morning, what company does that!!! Rain or shine I’ve always been able to count on them. Thank you guys so much for making my daughters day special. Even the day after!

Do not rent from them! I was a repeat customer and they failed to deliver a slide and jumpy house to my daughter’s 7^th birthday. No phone call, no nothing. I spent over an hour calling them and texting and never received an answer or phone call back. They devastated my daughter and her guests on her birthday… not a trustworthy company. Do not do business with them. Save yourself the heartache!
