Established in 2005.

Having had personal experience in several cosmetic procedures our physicians started this medical spa in a conveniently located Shopping Center. Since its inception the spa has flourished providing much sought out services in a warm and comfortable environment. New products and procedures are added as the need arises.

Dr. Oshtory has been in pracrice for over 30years in Stockton. She is the owner /​operator of Refresh Medspa. She started this business in February 2006 having seen the need for cosmetic laser services, which in the past one had to travel out of town for. The business has been very sucessful even in this slow economy. It provides services in a warm and friendly environment. The staff is well qualified and sensitive to all the customer needs.
