Applebee’s

Two words: Raw Chicken. Oh, two more words, slow service. OK so let me break it down. New to the area so, first time I went it was Club Applebee’s. I think it was on a Thursday night. They had karaōke. It didn’t seem like the family atmosphere I was looking for. Second time I went service was really slow, bartender had a major attitude problem, and halfway through the meal I realized I chicken was raw. Called the manager over and he never came. The waitress was good enough to comp our meal.

Slow and laid back service. The food did not taste fresh. I usually like going to Applebee’s but this one just had bad food, bad service. Very disappointed!

I have previously swore I would never set foot in this location again — more than once. It’s been a while and I see nothing has changed. While we waited for someone to come take a drink order we had the pleasure of listening to the manager argue with a waitress if she «had to stay» SEND HER HOME IF SHE DOESNT WANT TO WORK ! Problem solved
Ok so another «I don’t want to be here» waitress dropped by to let us know she’d be back ?? Really ! We should have just left but thought ok maybe the new menu that’s been advertised would be worth it.
The food WAS good but not hot and fresh ! Apparently bringing it to the table is a tedious and difficult task. No silverware — napkins — or the condiments I asked for when we ordered were there. The food was delivered lukewarm and was cold by the time we could eat it!
Truly the last time ever for this location.

Hope their kitchen is not as dirty as their bathrooms. Saw several workers but the bartender; Shanea I think, was the only one working. She was playing hostess, answering phones, mixing drinks, emailing & all while maintaining a rocking attitude! –7 for everybody except her.

This place sucks… salad came out on a hot plate. could not find plates for our apps. Do yourself a favor hit taco bell that have awful experience was…

Poor service !!! The managers there are no worth a darn along with the rachett restuarant staff rejects that could not qualify to work a better location or job

I’ve been to several different Applebee’s restaurants. Good food at most as was the food at this one. Service however is seriously lacking. Food was brought out sporadically and mine came out a full 10 minutes after everyone else’s. Manager pulled our waitress out to discuss some kind of injury she had the day before. Lousy service and management.

If you don’t cut your servers on time its not my fault not the servers fault its the managements fault which leads up to really poor service our server was really tired and literally for got everything we said every time
And no one seemed to care. Although the Food was great.

I had a great time @ Applebee’s. Our server was amazing (wish I could remember his name) and I have no complaints!
I went this past week and it wasn’t too busy, our server was attentive and the food was great. No wait to be seated and no wait on the food. I can’t help but give this place a ⁵⁄₅.
I recommend the Shrimp Scampi Linguine.

The food was just plain and so was the service. We were celebrating my birthday and my hubby asked the waitress if they do free bday dessert and they said they don’t do anything for birthdays. I don’t expect to be back anytime soon.

Typical Applebee’s fare, they’ve got $ 2.99 House Margaritas and Long Island’s, as well as $ 1.99 drink specials.
Currently they’ve got ½ price appetizers from 10p-​close with the purchase of a beverage, not too bad for a quick bite. Service was standard, our waitress was nice.

Poor food. Quality. Service is a 1 – 10 I give it a 5.
Recommend don’t go unless nothing is open and your hungry.

I used to eat here all the time. It’s okay during the day but when it starts to become dinner time, it becomes a night club. They play inappropriate music for children to listen to. It gets rowdy in there and the waiters and waitresses apologize but never make the situation any better. It’s not the same like it used to be.

I decided to stop here for my birthday, ¹²⁄₃₀. We were greeted and seated. When I asked the hostess about the burger special she had no clue. Our server came, we ordered, but then she left to sit and have a conversation with the hostess. We needed condiments. When i finally got the hostess attention to get the server whom she was talking with, she smirked and mumbled something to our server. How rude?! Hire a hostess with a great attitude!!!

I visited Applebee’s during my trip to Atlanta and enjoyed my meal. Service was timely with our waitress Ashley checking on us constantly! Lively

My husband and I have been here several times, and I have to agree that customer service is definitely lacking! The servers seem to be moving in slow motion and have forgotten what it means to actually serve!
The food has always been in very small, unappealing portions. My husband refuses to go back!

I went to this place on a Saturday afternoon wth friends. The customer service was horrible. There was no host to seat patrons. It took forever to be greeted by the waitress and we practically had to beg for menus. Because no one came to take our order after ditributing drinks my table moved to the bar thinking we would get a little attention. We were wrong. It made no difference, we were ignored and had to actually grab the help as they walked pass us gossiping with co-​workers. The waiter that served us had an attitude until he got a tip. Then he was so pleasant. I will never go back there.
