Dad and I had both been in the construction industry for many years and knew there was a need for a company that could provide renovation and new construction for retail businesses on a national level. We founded RCD General Contractors – and continued working in the garage office for almost two years with just the two of us, an office manager and a project manager. Richie has been in the general contracting industry for 22 years. A dynamic and creative leader, Richie personifies the entrepreneurial spirit that is a hallmark of RCD. A «hands on» principal who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project, Richie has developed proven expertise constructing high-​visibility projects that require specialized skills and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. Passionate about developing future leaders and a sense of corporate responsibility at RCD, Richie is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is currently the state qualifier for 7 of the 11 states where RCD is licensed as a general contractor.
