Quick Stop Originally started out as a muffler shop in the 80’s and was purchased in 2007 by Craig Ishmael. With his extensive background in the repair field and customer service he saw an opportunity to finally create a shop that is truly customer orientated. He first started by hiring a new mechanics that were highly knowledgeable and then hired a service writer that understood how people should actually be treated. Since then the shop has grown extensively through referrals of happy customers. With the new way of doing business and the new image came a new name now we are known as Ideal Automotive and that is the standard that we work toward every day.

I started this shop to provide honest and friendly service to all my customers. I have 10 years of experience in the repair industry and after years of seeing customers not getting the service that they deserve. I decided to open a auto repair facility that not only cares about fixing the customers vehicle but also cares about the customer.
