I would definitely pass. They don’t care anything about cleaning cars. They spray cleaner on the wheels and give them a quick scrub. Power wash the cleaner off and give a quick once over in the wheel wells. They may even use a scrub brush to wash cars. This is a very lazy way of washing a car, especially when there are only a few cars… So they’re not pressed for time. Plus, it increases the chances of scratching your car. Did I mention there are atleast 4 or 5 guys to attempt to wash your car? They poorly dry it off. They will stand on your doorsill to dry the top of an SUV. I absolutely hate this. Get a step stool! They never dry or wipe your wheels or tires. They literally applied tire shine on dirty tires. Took my weather tech mats out to rinse them off and didn’t put them back in right. They didn’t wipe between the doors, so there was water dripping. They care nothing for detail nor cleaning your car! When they’re confronted about there poor cleaning car attempt, which for some reason, it took 5 guys to make this pitiful attempt, they try and sell you something. A detail, tint or something. Why would I want to buy anything else when they care absolutely nothing for detail. They are oblivious to how sub par their attempt is. This would be an excellent car wash if it were free… Maybe…

I visited Windy City Auto Spa for the first time today, lots of rain in the least few weeks and my mid-​sized SUV was in need of attention. I purchased the Full Size package for $ 21. There was no wait, service was fast, however that came at a price. Very sloppy job, missed various spots on both sides and didn’t wipe the rear bumpers down, and my floormats were soaking wet when I got back inside. I gave the guy a $ 5 tip as I had no singles… I feel cheated and I don’t like giving a good tip for such poor work! I’ll be sure to find somewhere else to go next time!

These guys are great every time! Prices you can’t beat, service that is top rate. We wash both our vehicles here and are always satisfied. Plus this business has a Belly so we even rack up points for free things. There are different options for different washes and there are discounts such as Ladies’ Day on Wednesdays if you’d like to take advantage… and who wouldn’t. Their price and service is why we keep coming back at least 2 – 3 times/​month!
