Whoever this ‘Hannah’ girl is they’ve got working the counter in the evenings is the stupidest and rudest person I’ve ever come across. And the rest of the staff are nothing to write home about, either. Par for the course these days, though.

I’ve given this place more second chances than I’d normally give, mainly because it’s right up the street from me. This morning, however, was officially my last time going there. I ordered a bagel with two cream cheeses on the side, and asked it not be toasted. I also ordered a bottle of Diet Coke. It took me having to repeat the soda’s name *four* times before the girl behind the counter was able to make the 10′ journey from the register to the refrigerator chest and remember what I wanted to drink. Of course, upon her final arrival at the soda case, she turned to inform me they were out of Diet Coke. «OK. I’ll have a bottle of water, please.» «But I thought you wanted Diet Coke.»(Yes. She actually said this.) «Well, since you just told me you don’t have any, I assumed I should get something else; specifically, a water.» «So you don’t want Diet Coke now? [impatient pause] What about Coke Zero? It’s the same thing.» [Still maintaining as pleasant a voice as possible] «Just a water, please.» [*sighs*] «Awright.» As she was ringing everything up, I noticed she listed the bagel as toasted. When I reminded her I’d asked it not be toasted, she gave me another annoyed sigh and aggressively punched my order into the terminal(just so I’d be aware of how much I was annoying her with my contrary ways). I paid and managed to politely thank her for her help. I also double-checked the slip to verify it listed a sesame bagel, not toasted, two cream cheeses on the side, and a bottle of water. «Excellent!» I thought as I walked to the order pick-up counter. A minute later, the sandwich barista handed me a bag with my bagel, and I headed home. I sat down at the table and opened the bag. My untoasted bagel with two cream cheeses on the side had somehow transformed into a toasted bagel with *no* cream cheese whatsoever. How these two young women have survived ~22/~23 years is beyond me. Surely, at least one of them should have forgot to breathe by this point. I’m done with Dunkin Donuts. If I don’t have the time to drive to my usual coffee shop in Melrose, I’ll go to Honey Dew… where the coffee has flavor, the donuts/muffins are twice the size of DD’s, and the employees can handle simple food/beverage orders

I used to be a regular fixture here. It was quick easy in and out. Over the past 2 weeks the staff has forgotten and order, not made and order, had an incompetent boob on the register while the«manager» hid in the office and and another girl attempted to help him AND make sandwiches. 20 min when I’m the 2nd person in line is far too long to wait for a coffee and bagel. I will no longer be stopping here to waste my time.

Is there some kind of magic machine required to make the Coffee Coolata? My last 2 attempts at this location to get the One and Only thing I like at DD has been a waste of time. Once again the machine isn’t working. When I informed the girl that my last trip in it wasn’t working she tried to ease my anger by telling me «well it isn’t working now». I guess at some point this summer it was working. I should have asked her to send me a text when it’s working again so I can make a special trip to this location and not the other 5 locations in town.

Blah. I have low expectations for Dunkins but this one is just bad. The staff is not very perceptive to say the least and they do not accept gift cards. The location is not great either, requiring a treacherous left turn into an equally treacherous parking lot. Try your luck at the far superior Main St. or Montvale locations.

No left turn. Right. No right, like right okay sure whatever you say. So I live right but when I come to this Dunks I pass it so I must go left. Get it? It’s new, big and all that jazz. Maybe it was poorly placed but I thank the Lord that I don’t have to be in the nightmare HS morning and afternoon commutes involving this location.

My husband will regularly go out of his way to go to this Dunks, and for good reason. It’s rarely swamped(I’ve waited in line, but not for long), it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and they always get it right. You wouldn’t think it’s possible to screw up an iced coffee, but it can be done. Fortunately, this place hasn’t yet.

This is the newest, biggest, and closest to my house Dunkin’s but I will daily go out of my way to NOT go to it. It may be big and spacious and look like a nice new place but the service is always sub par, the quality(due to the servers) is not good and the worst is the price, its steep compared to other dunkin’s. Also like most businesses in the area it closes early, but unlike the other dunkin’s in Stoneham that are open til at least 9pm this one closes at 8pm. Where I used to live I got spoiled with a 24 hour dunkin’s next door so it bugs me to drive home from work at 10pm or head inso work at 4am and have to drive by what would be an ideal location despite the price. Really if you don’t have to, don’t go to this dunkins.

…I’m going to have to disagree for a couple of reasons. #1– I’m not that anal retentive about money, and I gave up working out percentages in my head when I stopped bartending/waiting tables. 7 years ago. For my iced coffee, ground coffee, 4 munchkins, and to go mug, it was like $ 11. For someone who is used to paying Starbucks prices, I was stoked. #2– Unlike a lot of other Dunkin’s(although granted, this was in Pleasantville itself– Stoneham), this one was clean, spacious, and not in the least bit sketchy. You don’t have to worry about weird dudes trying to talk to you about how cold it is, but again, it’s Stoneham. Crime rate of –5%. #3– The service was great. When I said I just wanted 2 munchkins, she pointed out that 4 was still under a buck, and I was sold. My only issue is the parking lot. I don’t follow arrows very well and this one is a little weird. Also, no left turn out of the parking lot? It’s not like this is a super busy road, is that restriction on the other side of the street? Bunk.
