I been doing laser here couple times, the place is clean and the staff are polite, plus if u miss u appointment, they book for u again as soon as possible, plus everybody are happy, the front desk are so nice,
Katie did my underarm last time and she was so polite and nice to me,

Great laser hair removal spa! I saw Nancy and she was great very thorough. I saw excellent results after 6 visits. I would highly recommend FMS.

I recently went into Flawless to have a couple of treatments with Lisa, the owner. Absolutely love her! The Med Spa is very clean and professional. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Lisa is very knowledgeable, and reassuring, she put me completely at ease. I will definitely return for more treatments in the future.

Katie was my specialist when I went in last week for laser hair removal. The process was quick and as close to painless as you can get. They have this amazing cold air blowing thing that dramatically reduces the pain/​burning sensation of laser hair removal. They are also very nice and have coffee ;)

I first went to this spa because I bought a Groupon for my underarms. I purchased a 3 time use and saw Katie. Katie is super sweet and friendly. I thought the laser machine was very effective on me and I could barely feel a thing when I go. I have since bought another 6 times for my underarms, and 6 times for my lower legs and bikini area. They charged me a reasonable rate rather than me have to wait for another groupon to come out. The reason I’m giving a 4 star vs. 5 star is because the scheduling has been a bit difficult over the months. The first time I called to set up the appointment, it took me about 4 times to get it scheduled and for them to call me back. I’ve called and left vm to change my appointment and won’t get a call back. One time they canceled on me because the laser machine was getting repaired and the only time they could take me again was several weeks in the future which got me off of my 6 week schedule. If their voicemail response could get better I would rate them a 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently started going to Flawless Med Spa and I have gotten Dysport and Juvederm by Lisa. I was really nervous to get both because I was afraid I would have side effects but Lisa was so professional and really made me feel at ease. She wasn’t pushy at all and really knows what she is doing! I had no swelling and I looked great without being able to tell I had anything done. I am excited to try other treatments they offer. The spa is really clean and all of the staff are really friendly.

I love every thing about Flawless. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and very nice. The facility is very clean and organized. They take their time with every client and are always punctual. I have had many different treatments here and was pleased with every one of them. The prices are competitive and hours are very accommodating. I will be back for sure!

I went to this spa for laser hair removal and have been a happy customer since. Professional staff, modern equipments (previous hair removal I went to has a very old equipment, so going to Flawless was a bliss). I still go for touch-​ups when necessary. Will definitely stay around for a while.

I love flawless medspa. I always get the best treatments here and the deals are the best. I have recommended at least 5 friends to flawless since I only recommend places that are good. I highly recommend anyone to try them out.

After going to a lot of other medspas and several area doctors (including some of the best known!) for laser treatments and other services, I now won’t go anywhere but Flawless. Everyone here is so very nice and supportive and all of them always go the extra mile. Lisa is absolutely wonderful. She always spends as much time as it takes. Also, at Flawless they often offer little add-​ons and extras, as well as the best prices ever. Really, everything is SO affordable that I can try treatments I’ve wondered about but considered well out of my price range. And if I have a question or wonder whether something will be effective for me, Lisa answers very honestly. If I don’t seem to get anything from a very expensive treatment, Lisa sometimes comes up with an alternative.

The staff (for the most part) were pleasant and helpful and for this reason alone I gave 2 stars. First and most importantly — the 5 iLipo treatments which I purchased did nothing. At all. Despite following the instructions to a T (at least 30 min of excerise following treatment) I had no results whatsoever. Granted, 7 treatments are recommended but I was not interested in spending any more money on what clearly was a fruitless endeavor. The facility itself left me with a seedy feeling — not at all the sterile/​sleek environment you would expect from a med spa. Would not recommend or return here.

I have been to Flawless Med Spa several times for a laser package service, and I have been very happy with my overall experience. Easy location, good parking, very congenial and accommodating front desk staff and I have been very happy with the result of my service. I feel confident enough that I would definitely go back and try other treatments.

I purchased 5 sessions of i-​lipo through Groupon and I couldn’t be happier! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you are always comfortable. I needed to reschedule last minute a couple times and the girls were more then accommodating. They always greet me by name and bring me right in for my appointment. The front area and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back again for one of the other wonderful services they offer!

I’ve suffered with unsightly spider veins on my legs ever since I was a teenager. Flawless Med Spa offers top of the line spider vein removal for an extremely competitive price and, they always run offers. My spider veins are now gone — I’m so grateful for finding this place, they have top of the line equipment, very caring staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve also gotten facials and microdermabrasions there, again, you get 5 star service at a very competitive pricing. Call Flawless Med Spa today!

I spoke to the owner about my experience. She promised to speak with her staff. She also offered me a free facial. I ended up having a very nice facial.
I will probably go back at least one more time in order to decide to have this place my go-​to med spa.
If you decide to check out this place ask for Katie. She did my free facial and was 100% better than Carol.

I have been coming here for over a year. I like Flawless Med Spa because the staff is very nice and they make you feel welcome — definitely no attitude here. The prices are very competitive and they are always offering great deals.
I generally get the microdermabrasion with an Obagi peel. The staff is very honest, which I appreciate. If you are interested in a particular service they are very detailed in what it will and will not do for you including all side effects (redness, flaking, etc.)
I originally came here for a Spa Week Special and have been pleased since.

First let me say i cannot remember the technicians name that serviced me, I think it may have been Cathy or Carol however I am not certain. I am certain that it was not the owner though.
When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted professionally by the front desk and the saloon was comfortable and clean.
I purchased a package that included a microderm abrasion and a facial package. The tech completed the microderm treatment and did not do the facial. I thought maybe I read my certificate wrong and went home to check. I did infact order both and called the shop the next day. I spoke with the tech who performed the Microderm treatment and explained to her that i did not receive a facial from her. She insisted on the phone that I did recieve a facial. I asked her what was included in the facial, she recited the items. I again told her I did not receive any of those. Again, she told me she did perform them and I DID receive a facial. She then stated, that she would do it AGAIN, free of charge. I asked to speak to front desk. She transferred me back to front desk, where I politely told the front desk woman what had transpired and told her that I was not comfortable coming back into that salon and that the could just keep my money. The woman at the front desk did offer me the facial, free of charge with the owner, however I was NOT comfortable after what had just transpired.
By the way, the tech called me back a day or so later and indeed said she was mistaken.
I have never been so baffled in all my life. She was certain she remembered doing the facial on me and then so much!
Never again.

An absolute 5 stars place — cute, professional and, once you step in, you find the warmest atmosphere. Lisa is so nice and knowledgeable, the prices are very affordable and you get the best advice, not feeling pushed to buy anything whatsoever! I don’t want to forget to mention their finest, funniest, open houses — great food and wine, lots of promotions and so many nice people — a place to go!

This spa had just opened on October 5^th, my wife received a coupon via mail about a new spa opening in Stoneham. It advertised a discount for services rendered on the opening date. The staff here was very friendly, offered us coffee, cake, cookies, beverages, and some other treats. It may have been a an opening day treat, but it was all fresh. My wife had a few services here and compared to other prices that have been quoted for similar treatments this places prices were more than fair.
They also had quite a few products to buy and use at home. I can honestly say that I feel my wife will be visiting here for a lot more business in the future. They do a variety of things. I think next time my wife schedules an appointment here I’ll take full advantage of a deep tissue massage while I wait for her!
