Dr. Badar and Erin O’Connor are competent practitioners. I have never had difficulty reaching the office although many times it has been through a voice mail or email. It is a busy office with too many phone calls for one receptionist to process along with checking out patients. Dr. Bader was also the physician who saw my daughter when hospitalized at Winchester Hospital as the pulmonary specialists. He was excellent.

I want to say that this review is more for the staff at Dr. Bader’s office and not Dr. Bader himself. I have been going to Dr. Bader for many years around 15 or more and since he has moved to 92 Montvale Ave in Stoneham and has his own practice it has been a nightmare. The women who work in his office are horrible to say the least, you wait forever for them to call you back for an appointment and forget it if you ever need a referral you will never get one. I have been more then patient and have given his office many opportunities to get their act together but waiting for more then 2 weeks for a referral and you are told when you call (and of course get an answering machine because God forbid a live person actually pick up the phone) to not call again for a referral because they will send it to the doctor! I guess they just don’t care. I hope that perhaps Dr. Bader will read this review and do something about his staff A.S.A.P. or he is going to be without patients. If you are looking for a new doctor in the area don’t waste your time or effort… look for another Dr. who perhaps has a better staff.

I saw Dr. Bader years ago because he was at the same practice as my doctor, he definitely left an impression on me. He left that practice as did I. After going to several practices with horrible results I searched out and found Dr. Bader again. By far the best practice I have been to. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I’m guessing he wasnt taking new patients if you were not getting a response, as that has not been an issue with me.

I too have tried to no avail to get an appointment with this doctor! I have tried several times and have left a number of messages – none of them returned! I do not how a doctor can allow such horrible patient service. I am looking for a new doctor!

Avoid this doctor! My husband went to Dr. Bader on a recommendation from two friends. Last fall, the doctor persuaded my husband NOT to have a flu shot. Well, he got the flu! AND, he lost his senses of taste and smell. He’s tried, unsuccessfully, on several occasions, to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Bader. He’s left messages, and talked to the receptionist. No one has called him back! When you call their office, you get a message saying that someone will respond within 48 hours. 48 hours!!! Are you kidding me!!! As far as I’m concerned, this doctor — and his office staff — are in the wrong business.
