I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nikki and the salon. They have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate my hectic and irregular schedule. Nikki out does herself each and every time I see her. She is amazingly talented, and super kind. I absolutely love going there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a friend. It has a very warm, and welcoming atmosphere unlike some of those other salons where you feel like you need to have your hair done before you even show up.

A private conversation is not private in a public business, nor is gossiping a trademark of fortune tellers, therapists, or magicians. I tried to give my patronage to this salon, and for no fault of my own (because once again… I told NO ONE of their gossip), I was treated with contempt, disrespect, and slander. If you ask me, that type of unprofessional behavior just simply isn’t worth anyone’s time or money.

Oro salon has been my salon of choice since it has opened. The girls make you feel like you’re at home. The owner of the salon, Leida, treats all of her clients like family. She’s so generous and kind. My 3 year old is even in love with her. Amanda is so amazing and talented. She is my Primary stylist for amazing cuts and color. Nikki is awesome too when Amanda is busy ill go to her for blow outs, conditioning treatments, cuts and up dos. Janel has been my estecian for years and I absolutely couldn’t live without her services. Love everyone at Oro! The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Amazing! I orginally had an appointment at Be Styled in Lynnfield, until they called and cancelled my appointment a half hour before it. I was referred to Oro by a friend so I called them, told them everything and they said to come right in. I couldn’t of had a more pleasant experience. Nikki did my hair and it came out beautifully! I will definitley be coming back to them in the future without question.

Oro Salon was our salon of choice for wedding hair and makeup. Jen, the salon co-​owner, has been my hair stylist for the past few years. She has also been the stylist for my mother and sisters for many years. She is extremely talented, and there was no question that we would use her salon for our wedding hair and makeup.
Oro was extremely flexible. They were able to work with us, even though the wedding was on a day that the salon is typically closed. Jen was able to arrange for Kiara, another stylist at Oro, to be there also.
Jen did the wedding hair for the Mother of the Bride and the Bride. Kiara did the wedding hair for the two maids of honor. Everyone looked gorgeous! We were able to make suggestions and give ideas of what we were looking for, and were also able to rely on the creativity of the stylists.
Jen was also able to arrange for a Makeup artist to be available to do all of our makeup.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. We were all happy with the way we looked. Our updos lasted the entire day and received numerous compliments.
I would highly recommend the extremely talented stylists at Oro for all of your wedding hair needs.

Jen has done my hair for years and she is absolutely amazing. I frequently have her do full or partial highlights, cuts, and I’ve recently begun having her do a keratin treatment. I trust Jen 100% with my hair. If I have an idea of a style I like, Jen always hits the nail on the head. But there are even times when I go in and tell Jen to just do something new and cute, and I always leave looking amazing. She has a great eye for styles and she is an absolute perfectionist. She won’t let you leave the chair until your hair looks just right. I get complimented on having great hair CONSTANTLY, and I give all of the credit to Jen.
When my mother’s previous stylist retired and she was panicking about finding a new one after almost 20 years, I brought her to Jen and she has been thrilled. She says that her hair has never looked better.
Judy does a great job with eyebrow waxes as well and she is a complete sweetheart. The salon has a great, bright and friendly atmosphere and it’s in a great part of town. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have great hair and a friendly experience.

Had a wonderful cut and blow dry at Oro. I have been a client of Jen’s for a couple years now and was glad that I was able to keep in touch with her during her transition into the new salon. She is the best colorist that I have been to. She keeps up with all the new trends and is always honest with you on whether or not a style or color will work for you. Wishing her all the best at Oro.

I’m very picky about my hair and who I want working on it. Have had some bad experiences at other places. Jen was GREAT. She was so nice, so patient with me, with all my questions and first-​time anticipations. She asked me how much I wanted cut off for my trim, she went over my color with me a couple times before applying. She knew I really wanted to know every step of the way what was going on and she was great! I loved the way it looked at the end too! Sometimes you have to go home and fix your hair after you’ve already had it done, but not this time!
They gave me some samples to try and when you return the empty samples, you get $ 2 off the actual product if you buy it! I thought that was GREAT! Lida (at the front desk) is WONDERFUL! Great personality, so nice, really makes it a pleasant experience! Definitely recommend for people to try out!
