We had an unusual piece of equipment to move the following morning. Called at 10:30 pm the night before, spoke to a live person (no answering service or voicemail) and easily confirmed that they had the right truck and could help us when we needed it. We called back in the morning when we were ready and they arrived within 15 min. It was a very unique job that we expected to take well over an hour but the driver arrived enthusiastic, ready, willing and equipped to get it done. Job was done quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price. Towing a vehicle will be a piece of cake for these guys, ok HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

i picked up a nail on my way home from work i live across the street from the tow yard and jeff fixed the tire took him ten mins and i was on my way. Did i mention that is was after hours and everyone had gone home. This is one high class towing establishment and i will be calling him next time.

Jeff came to my rescue and hooked me up and towed my ass back to NH.

After getting the brushoff from another towing company connected to AAA, we called Stoneham Towing to rescue my car — it was 6 car lengths and 2 stories down our steep driveway, stuck just where it turns into our back yard. The snow and slush had frozen over, and we couldn’t drive the car up.
They arrived less than 20 minutes after we called, the driver was very friendly, very kind, and pulled the car out with a very long wench within another 20 minutes. AND, the charge was VERY reasonable, too. I hope I don’t need a tow truck any time soon, but I’d call these guys in a heartbeat if I do.

Absolutely excellent service. I broke down on Rte 28 in Stoneham this morning (car = dead, like way dead). I called up Stoneham Towing and they sent a tow truck out literally within five minutes, and I had it towed to their repair shop. The manager (potentially owner, I’m not sure) was really helpful, and called me a cab so I could get to work. I repeatedly let him know that I HAD to have the car back on the same day, and he delivered… three hours later, my car was good to go! Super-​efficient, super nice guys. I recommend them heartily.
