History
Established in 1988.
I began practicing law in 1988, upon graduating from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, NY. I also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ramapo College, and a Master of Business Administration degree (concentration in taxation) from Fairleigh Dickenson University. I have experience litigating matters in New York and New Jersey State Courts, as well as Federal Court, and also practice at the appellate level. I perform services before governmental agencies, including Environmental Control Boards, Planning and Zoning Boards. I have provided representation to government agencies including a town, a village, a fire district and a fire company.
I have been a Rockland County resident most of my adult life, and am very involved in the community where I practice. Being the father of two daughters, I have coached soccer, t-ball, and softball, and am very involved in school activities.
