I really appreciate Rick and crew. They do a great job, they’re honest and get the job done right. My brother introduced me to Rick’s Automotive and this is the only place I take my truck.

I called this morning for an oil change and they took me right away. I’m so last minute about everything. They are such great guys here! I will be back again :) very happy!

Great experience at Rick’s Automotive today. Excellent service from the owner, very nice guy who took care of my car quickly and did not take advantage. Also, was nice that they let me come in right away, no waiting. I’ll be bringing my car back here from now on!

I always bring my car to Rick’s, even after moving from Stoughton to Hartford, CT. Rick is probably the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He won’t try to do unnecessary work or sell you unnecessary parts. I will continue to bring any car I have to Rick’s.

There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates. There isn’t anything they couldn’t handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can’t imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It’s nice to find people you can trust.

Went to this shop when my truck encountered issues while I was on my way home from work. I have my comfort zone of mechanics near where I live (40 miles south of where I was located) but Rick was very nice, he came and picked me and my truck up and I was treated very fair and honestly. He put the time and energy into my vehicle. I he diagnosed it quickly even called me over and under the truck to see what he saw. He replaced the part using genuine FORD parts for authenticity.. The pricing was extremely fair and he explained every single step of what he did. I can honestly say he is a very solid mechanic with excellent customer /​client service skills. When he speaks he doesn’t insult your intelligence or sound condescending. Great place to have work done great group of truly talented mechanics. I will make the drive here to have my truck serviced from here on out. You can’t find a better shop.

I’ve taken all my cars to Rick’s for years. They are straightforward, honest, and stand behind their work. I know if I bring my car to them, for whatever the issue is, it will be done right, and I won’t have to worry about it again. There have been numerous occasions where they could have taken me for hundreds of dollars but instead I left with a simple $ 30 fix. It’s not often you find a good honest mechanic.

I had to have a used car inspected and the brothers at Rick’s did a thorough job. They checked out the vehicle from bumper to bumper and wrote up a receipt for a reasonable price. They were helpful and went our of their way to let me know I had accidentally left something behind. I’d recommend them.

No B.S. at this place, right to the point, no getting ripped off, selling you things you dont need done, and very reasonable.
I used them for a couple of service problems, fixed promptly, and they stand behind their work. Went to them for an unrelated issue, was told its just a loose wire, cleared my check engine light and was told dont worry about. could have gotten me for an alternator.
