Very unhappy with the office workers here! I went here about 3 years ago for a breast reduction evaluation. The office staff did not follow through on the insurance paperwork, nor did they follow through on anything else. As it turned out, it is 3 years later, and I went to a plastic surgeon in Quincy, Ma, and will be having my breast reduction in less than 6 weeks. It only took 3 weeks before I was predetermined by my health insurance. Dr. Sigman will not be doing my surgery, due to the laziness of his staff. The woman that called me from his office said that everything was all set, [meaning it was medically necessary,) but when I called the insurance company, they said that I needed a predetermination letter. So, i would of been stuck with a huge bill of over 7500– Thank God I didn’t listen to the office lady that called me back! However, I can’t speak badly about the doctor, as he was very informative and professional. The doctor better hire better office help!
