Established in 2011.

Our organization began on a promise. Spending most of the past 5 years in Tanzania running a primary school for the needy and working in the community, we recognized that many talented hard working, safari guides were not being treated fairly. In an double effort to raise funding for our students to continue their education, we could also change the lives of our trusted and dedicated team. At Fair Wage Safaris we are committed to our clients, our community and our staff.

Christine L.

Manager

Christine spent twenty five years working for a large investment bank. In 2007 she formed a non profit organization and successfully launched and runs a primary school in Tanzania. With a deep commitment to the people and her immense knowledge of Tanzania, (as well as a lot of prompting from locals) she decided to take broaden her scope.
