Farm ground beef. We make all our entrees on site with Gracie’s own bakery and a special bread every week. Enjoy shepherd’s pie, jambalaya, BBQ ribs and innovative fish dishes.

History

Established in 1991.

Gracie’s Restaurant opened July 3, 1991 in Stowe Vermont. Gracie was the owners dog. After many ideas for the name Sue and Archie decided to name the restaurant after their dog and hope for the best. Twenty four years later things are going strong and we have made many friends.
