Amazing!!! Best deal for your money! Michelle was awesome. Great service, super clean. Brand new. Beautiful. Close to the resort. I just love this place. I am so happy I found it. Their customer service is the best ever!!! Not to mention the beds are super comfortable. Nice sheets, mattresses and pilows. Will be back!

Just tried Stowe Bowl, very cool setup, lanes are a little sticky, strings on the pins is very weird?
Price for one game, 2 people with shoes was $ 45 bucks! 20 minutes of bowling after a 45 minute wait was not worth it. Cashier said they charge by the hour when there is a waiting list, no one was behind us. Probably will not go back.

Decent price and an overall nice hotel. They just renovated the whole place and it looks great. They added a bowling alley with a lounge that looked nice but was not open yet. The outside of the rooms look deceiving. The rooms were very nice. Newer beds and clean. Nice hot tub and indoor pool which was nice this time of the year. The staff was very nice and willing to help you find good places to explore and to eat. Jack was great at the front desk and told us about a awesome trail to hike with great views and even gave us directions! (Pinicle peak) The hotel has a free breakfast that was the only thing a little disappointing. Not much if anything besides some muffins, bagels and cereal. Over all a great place to stay if your planning on coming to Stowe. We would definitely stay here again!

Just spent a long weekend here with our daughter. Just the loveliest little inn. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and warm (staying in the winter). The pool is small but warm and the hot tub is lovely. The staff are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is simple (eggs, cereal, muffins, one day we had sausage biscuits, French toast sticks another day) and plentiful. Very convenient to Stowe. You hear a little noise from the parking lot but ski crowds are early to bed so not a problem. A great value for the price. We will definitely stay here again the next time we return to the area.

Very accommodating staff and the rooms were nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. They also had complementary breakfast!

Nice warm pool and hot tub and pics of grounds looked great. Polite and helpful staff. Maintenance guy told us big expansion plans are in the works!
We will be back if ever in the Stowe area!

— Toms organic toothpaste which I think totally goes with Vermonts very earthy & environmentally friendly vibe.

— Sink outside of the bathroom area so you can get ready while whoever your traveling with is in the shower.
Could be improved
— Don’t like those soap dispensers in the shower, I would rather have a good soap in a bottle.
— The bathroom was not immaculate– brown hair in the shower when we arrived (we have blonde hair, wasn’t us)
— Tile in the bathroom could have been cleaner & maybe add a mirror on the inside of the door.
— Breakfast didn’t have too much of a selection
— Chairs had some stains (I put a towel over them before sitting)
All in all I loved the place (mostly due to the really pretty view on the back deck). I would make it a point to stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

We booked the Riverside Loft Suite with 4 beds. 2 doubles upstairs in the loft area, 2 queens downstairs & a sofa bed which we didn’t use. Spacious, clean, great location, river view & access. Great value for a large family (we had 6 kids!). We didn’t mind not having privacy — loft style space, no closed bedrooms. If we had stayed longer we would have opted for some closed bedrooms which they do offer.
Their continental breakfast was generous.
Overall we were all very impressed. Would definitely recommend & return again.

Oh we loved this place. From the river to the pool to the miniature golf to the fresh continental breakfast it was a bit of heaven for us and our 2 dogs. The rooms were spacious, clean, fresh and opened out on to a large grass area. We will be back again and will stay longer.

This was my 2^nd time visting Stowe and I don’t recall having much fun during my 1^st visit at a different hotel until I got to stay at Sun & Ski Inn.
We were there in early March. There were 8 of us and we had 2 rooms. The late arrival check-​in process was smooth and we did not encounter any problem upon arrival. The room had everything we expected (4 towels, comfy bed, working TV and hot shower) — standard as it sounds but were important factors for us after driving 7 – 8 hours. The room was spacious (plenty room for 4 adults and bunch of snowboarding/​ski gears) and I really liked that the sink was separated from the toilet/​shower. The hotel even laid out 4 energy bars for us!
Breakfast was simple, but nutritious (fruits/​cereal/​bread/​coffee/​hot chocolate/​juice/​yogurt). They offer coffee/​hot chocolate for refill during the day and cookies in the afternoon. Game room was a bit small but there weren’t too many people using it so we had a lot of space to ourselves (they also have bunch of board games/​puzzles). Also this hotel does not have a bar so you don’t have to worry about all the noises at night.
The minor issues we had were that the hot tub did not work during the weekend we were there (March 1 – 3) and the lights in the solarium (where the pool was) was a bit dim. Also that the game room closes at 10pm so you can only hangout in your room or at a local bar at night.
Overall, we had great time at this hotel and all my friends praised me for choosing this hotel. The staffs were pretty friendly and accommodated us in every possible way!

i loved how the rooms have a little back deck off them which steps out on to the amazing backyard and stream area. very pleasant and must be fantastic in the summer. the great room is very cozy and has a nice fireplace.

also, i think its great that they allow pets. i dont understand why every hotel doesnt do this. my dog is so much better off getting to go for a nice car ride and a few days away too. all she does is sleep in the room while we are out, kind of like at home. nice that some hotel operators get this.

A fine family hotel. My grandsons would have loved it with the miniature golf course right there across from our room. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and important to me is the sheets are soft! They have an indoor pool, small but perfect to just relax and unwind after a day of fun. I also like that is is in walking distance of a number a good placed to eat. Breakfast is standard to most places, nothing special but something you would have at home I like these continental breakfast gives you just enough energy to start the day. I didn’t give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons one being they are still using bedspreads i really find them gross, and the rooms are somewhat dated, still a good place for the money.

good location, close to the ski resort and stowe village. The breakfast is delicious and the lounge with fireplace is cosy. Nice pool.

The Good:

: hot breakfast included. we got to eat some pretty tasty sausage biscuits, hot coffee, juice, and more
: on-​site putt-​putt golf course! you had to pay for it per hour but it was ridiculously cheap. a lot of fun!
: indoor pool with views of the outside
: huge grassy backyard area next to a running creek or stream or whatever appropriate body of water it’s called. there were hammocks and benches by the water.
: patio out back accessible via sliding glass door. they provided chairs and a table for your use
: window in the bathroom so you could vent it while you showered
: the farmers market is right next door on the weekend!!! it was one of the most amazing farmers markets i’ve ever been to.
The Bad:
: very cheap soap provided, but no big deal b/​c we brought our own
: could use some updating of furniture, bedding, etc
The Ugly:
: none.
Would I go back? Definitely. It was a great deal for what we got, and you can’t beat that in Vermont.
