Established in 1986.

Dr. Richard L. Zeff has been in private practice in New Hampshire since 1986. He is a graduate of Tufts University and received his medical degree from the University of Miami. After completing a surgical internship at New York University Bellevue Hospital in NYC, Dr. Zeff went on to residency in general surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed his plastic surgery training at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Richard L. Zeff, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the New Hampshire Medical Society, and the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has served as Chief of Surgery at Portsmouth Hospital in Portsmouth, NH, and maintains a private office which is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), and licensed by the state of New Hampshire.
