I recently bought a condo in Stratham, NH. Sibco was recommended for new carpeting and new counter tops. The change in the date of my closing messed up my dates for services, but when they finally came and installed my new counter tops, they marked up and gouged holes in my newly painted walls. They removed the solid oak molding and did not put it back, so not only did I have to pay the painter an additional $ 150 to repair and REpaint my walls I had to install new molding. The counter was not wide enough on one side, so I had a ½″ gap between the counter and the wall. I bought new oak molding, had it cut to size for four walls, stained it and installed it myself. I also found that when they hooked my dishwasher back up they broke the electronic auto on in the dishwasher. that cost me another $ 104 to repair. I did ask if they would cover any of the expenses and I was told no. I will not do business with them again. Oh and they demanded payment in full before the job was done, now I know why.. . shame on me.
