I’m from LA and whenever I travel in the area I always visit this place. Amazing service ! The most impressive me is the fresh air. A lots of plants inside the shop. I usually get headache when I go to get my nails done and just to be quick and get out but feel so relax when I come here. Thank you for very nice service and I love to come back again !!

Came in on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed! Called and made an appointment for 11am without a problem. Everyone there was super nice, my technician was Ana, and she was so sweet. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she was more than happy to help me pick out a color that matched my photo. I had a full set of acrylics done in just under an hour for a very reasonable price ($ 26, heck yeah!). Place was very clean, they were playing holiday music and decorating while I was there. Absolutely going again! :)

I only trust Anna with my nails! I’ve tried a couple local places to me and am always disappointed because Anna is the BEST so I keep coming back! I like my acrylics cut short and Anna knows how to make my nails look natural every time. She’s very helpful with color recommendations and always gives me tips on how to make my manicure last.
They have a TON of no chip colors!
The staff is very friendly and the whole place is clean. Make an appointment with Anna next time!

I came here at 7:10 with my friend expecting to get my nails done. They said they would be able to do both of our nails. After we picked out our colors and everything, the young girl that said she would do my nails then said «actually we can only do one of your nails, not both» after my friend sat down and vegan getting her nails done, the young girl that was supposed to do mine and told us she couldn’t was getting her tips together and then started getting ready to leave. Before she left, she had a plastic bag, opened all of the little garbage cans and picked out all the soiled garbage from women’s nails from throughout the day. Not only was she not wearing gloves, she didn’t take out each bag and put a new one in, she just picked out the garbage. I will never come back. Not only were they unprofessional with wanting to get out of here, they are definitely not sanitary. I am in the esthetics field and this was a red flag of poor sanitation. Never again.

Very nice place. Stopped in this place while on vacation and was impressed with the facility. It was clean and organized and the chairs were really comfortable. The ladies were really friendly and professional. Even though I wasn’t there for the normal services they offer, being a guy I just wanted my nails clipped and a pedicure. They were not put off and helped me just liked anyone else. Really appreciative of that! My wife got the full service and she was very pleased with the results. We will definitely recommended Creative Nails 2 to all our friends in the Chicago area!

I wish I had found this place sooner! I’ve been coming here for a while now. Tina is the best! They rake the time to do my pedis and manis and my no chips last 3 weeks usually! If you live in Bartlett you should make the extra drive to Streamwood because this place puts the two in Bartlett to shame! Helpful tip… call ahead because they’re so good that it’s always busy but they are awesome with keeping appointments.

I have gone to V Nails ever since I moved in 2007 and for the past month they either changed owners or idk exactly but horrible mess and job they did my nails broke right after a week and it was just a mess and they rush too. They don’t do wat u want either.
I was so afraid to go to a new place because Im very particular and was scared of another awful job. But this place is just perfect they did not rush even if they are fully packed both my pedi and mani I’m in love with. Friendly environment and totally worth the $$ super happy with this place. They can do whAtever u ask them to do!

We made an appointment for 4 manicures and pedicures a couple of days ahead of my wedding day. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. A couple of ladies in our party got flowers painted on their toes and they were very pleased

Just got a basic mani and it’s only been 3 days and all my nails are chipped. My manis usually last at least a week. When I arrived on a Saturday morning I only waited about 10 mins no appointment. Decent selection on polish. While the lady was nice she seemed to be rushing and there were no other people waiting. Overall disappointed and won’t be returning.

I work next door so it’s nice to be next to a salon, last time I went in I got pink and whites!!! All the whites were all jagged!!! Just went in there today and there was 2 people sitting and all I wanted was a cut down on my nails not painted or anything just a cut down and the girl came up to me and said we can’t do it we are busy!!! There was no could you wait a few minutes it was a we can’t do it!!! It takes all 5 min to cut down nails as yes it might be only 5 dollars and maybe they didn’t want to do it because they think I wasn’t doing to tip but too bad for them I was going to tip 5!!! Taking my business somewhere else! Horrible customer service!!!

I’ve been going here since they have pretty much opened… I have had bad results with VIP and V nail… Lam is amazing. even if I haven’t been in for a few months he still remembers my name and my family. Very friendly and very good at nails! If you don’t make an appointment… you will have to wait.

This is a convenient location that gives a decent manicure/​pedicure. I do not like the fact that they are extremely pushy for their no-​chip manicure (I love them, but I’m sorry, $ 25 is a bit of an up charge considering that’s how much they charge for a pedicure alone). My last regular polish manicure lasted for almost 2 weeks, which made me very happy! I just got a french no-​chip done ant they look gorgeous! Another draw-​back is they don’t accept tips on credit cards. Sometimes I’m short on cash. I prefer this place over Heavenly Massage because they have a fabulous massage chair for pedicures :)

This is my favorite place to go when I am near home. My only complaint is the «someone will be right with you» and I wait for 20 minutes. I have ZERO problem waiting just be honest. The people are always very nice and price is good!

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now because it’s conveniently located on the way home from work, they ALWAYS take me as soon as I walk in on Friday afternoons, and their prices can’t be beat compared to a «spa» I’d otherwise go to in my hometown of Schaumburg. They are your typical nail salon, not many frills, but they do get the job done as long as you don’t want anything complicated. Basic pedicures are only $ 25 and that includes sitting in a pretty comfy massage chair while your feet are being done. Every technician pushes the sea salt scrub, which is kind of nice to try but probably not worth the $ 5 upcharge. Manicures are $ 13 alone or $ 10 when added to a pedi and they do a decent job. The only two times I haven’t LOVED my nails were once when I asked for a french manicure ($ 5 upcharge and I felt the white part was too wide, my bad for not complaining before it was done) and today when I asked them to shorten my nails JUST SLIGHTLY (I meant with a file) and they got chopped with clippers. Now I know I’m very picky with french manicures and I should continue to file my nails to the length I want BEFORE getting them done (I usually do anyway). The most annoying thing has to be the recent push for a no-​chip manicure. Every tech asks if I want one when I come in, and some are pushier than others. Besides this minor annoyance, I think this place is pretty decent for the price.

I will never go to this salon again.
I waited a half hour just to get a seat
I was charged $ 18 for a basic manicure, and I tipped my nail tech $ 6 before she painted my nails.
She painted them terribly, and then I had her take off the polish because my nails looked like a 5 year old had painted them.
She was in a rush and did not care about how they looked.
So she took the polish off, and proceeded to paint clear polish over my nails, which still had the previous paint on them. She rushed me to the dryer and immediately sat down to start a pedicure.
