I know I’m going to sound like a I have an axe to grind but let me tell you my story. Bought my wife’s engagement ring at Rogers years ago. The lifetime warranty transferred over to Kay. So my wife had one of her stones fall out of the setting. I took it Kay and they took it in for repair. They gave me a «promise day» in 2 weeks. On that day I called to make sure it was in. Nope! They didn’t realize it was platinum I was told. So it went out to another shop for repair. Did we get a call to change the date you ask? Nope! So now it’s going to take another 2 ½weeks. Fine. Not happy but oh well. So now 2 ½weeks later I call on the new promise date. You’ll never guess!!! It’s not fixed yet. This was on Tuesday. Today, Wednesday, they say we’ll have it Monday. We’ll see. Through this whole ordeal I’ve yet to talk to the same person twice and the manager is conveniently never there. I’ve had a very young sounding man name Max talk to me in the most unprofessional manner I’ve heard in a long time. This is hell. To think some young child had to mine with a gun in his back in an underdeveloped African country for those stones. At least the retailers are as professional as the mining. No integrity, no pride, no follow through, no customer care. Will never buy anything here! A two week repair 11⁄2 months later, no ring and we were never notified of any one of the delays of our promise date. We were strung along.

This is a jewelery store that I prefer to go to first. I always get prompt, friendly service. This particular location was wonderful in answering my questions and if they didn’t have something I was looking for, tried really hard to find it for me! Yes, I would recommend this location for anyone looking for great service.
