Twenty dollars may seem like a bit pricey for an eyebrow waxing, but when you go to abria its worth it! Abria is working with me to get my brows back to the way I want. I look forward to working with her for now on and recommend everyone to book an appointment with her! Shes awesome

The customer service at this location is poor. There definitely isn’t service w/​a smile, so because of this it’s not an enjoyable experience. Lack of product knowledge
Sephora has trained employees who make the experience much enjoyable and make you want to return and has a wider selection of premier products which this location does not have, very limited.
I will continue to make the 45 minute drive to Allentown

It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but I was sure to keep my photos and remember to share my experience.
I went here in August (before I started my new job) to get a cool blonde look with some roots showing — that was the trend for summer.
My hair was already a golden ombré from a previous hair salon, so I figured with enough bleaching & toning, it wouldn’t be an issue.
I had the salon manager? I think… as my stylist (don’t remember her name) and she probably kept my bleach in for 10 – 15 minutes. So my hair came out orange. I stopped her and mentioned that it was orange… not cool blonde and she immediately got defensive.
She put a toner on so it came out gold. Not what I wanted, but it was better than orange.
Got home, waited a couple days and washed with a purple shampoo (as instructed). And guess what… my hair was orange again. Also, after brushing through it, I noticed several spots in my hair that were uneven and looked ridiculous.
After a week of calling ULTA corporate, I got my money refunded in full. I applaud ULTA for the refund. It was much appreciated and the customer service people at corporate were understanding.
ULTA will always be one of my favorite stores for makeup… Seriously…every time I go I have to buy makeup. Maybe it was just an off day for the salon — But my overall advice would be to keep going if you’re looking for a good salon and don’t want to worry. There are plenty other good ones around if you look.

Stinky customer service. Go to another store if you need to browse or get help.
Nobody is walking around greeting people like sephora. Fragrance counters missing sticks for tester perfume and then many perfumes don’t have tester bottles. Specifically asked for help and older lady working there advised me to just pick up, stick a finger in it and test the cosmetic products. Really? So after I gave her a funny look she offered a couple makeup sponges to test with. Sigh.

Love ulta! Everyone is really nice they dont hound you with questions asking if you need help every five minutes. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS NICE NEAT AND STOCKED UP.
