Mark was incredibly nice before the job. We paid the extra money for furniture removal and putting furniture back. When they came to put in the carpet, they only had 1 person. Because we were painting the room before the install, we had already moved the furniture out. But we definitely needed help moving it back in and setting it up. We paid for that. The installer left without helping us move the furniture back in. I called and the owner came out and help. But he didn’t help set the bed up. Which we paid for. We also never received the thresholds separating the carpet and tile. I called and asked for the money back for them not helping set up the furniture. I also sent pics showing the missing thresholds. No response. I would never use this company again. We are doing more flooring work this year, they will not get anymore of our money!
