I did not have a good experience with this company. They quoted me a fence job after coming out to measure and then they confirmed the quote in writing and via telephone twice. I got another bid from another company and called the owner (the sales person was on vacation) and indicated that they were the lowest bidder and I clarified the material construction of the fence and quality of the fence before moving forward. He explained that their bid was lower because the material was from another job that did not go through and I was getting it at a discount. I indicated I would move forward with the job with them. He offered for me to come and see the material, which I did and I indicated it was fine and I wanted to move forward. They came to do the more detailed measurements as usual. The sales person called me afterwards and said they could not do the job for what they quoted. No explanation — just they could not do it. I’ve not seen a company change their quote after confirming it twice with a customer. I called several times to speak to the owner and it took 6 times to reach him. I told the owner that I didn’t feel it was right to do that. I also told him that he should have personally called me to explain why they had to take such a measure after quoting the job. He should have had the courtesy to explain the circumstances. Reasonable people can understand that mistakes happen and even if I didn’t like the outcome, at least he would have had the courtesy to contact me and explain the situation. This was handled very poorly and therefore, I would not recommend them.

The owner Daniel Lawrence was onsite every step of the way working side by side with his crew of craftsman that each had 15 or more years of experience working as associates for his company.
