The Handyman Matters franchise has given Steve the opportunity to leverage the customer service values he practiced in the banking and investment world in a field that traditionally has not earned a good reputation for quality or service. By putting together a team of customer-​focused craftsmen and office support, dedicated to providing quality repair and remodeling services in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach markets, Steve believes that reputation can be changed one project at a time.

Business Owner

After a successful career spanning over 20 years in the financial services field, Steve established the Handyman Matters franchise in June 2004. His corporate background included sales, marketing, operations and project management. Prior to starting this business, he was most recently employed by Bank of America, where he traveled nationally from his home base in Stuart, managing projects focused on improving customer service.
