Liberator Medical

The choice of products is great. The speed between order and arrival on a new account is acceptable. After my initial order, recurring orders arrived very quickly. Customer service reps are very pleasant, however not terribly helpful beyond questions regarding products and pricing. Questions I had about my account agreement were answered 0% of the time.
The reason I have given only one star is because an offer that was made to me by the vice president of accounts/​customer service, regarding my billing, was adhered to for only one order, even though I had been assured that it would be continual. This unexpected change has ended up costing me significantly more than the amount to which I had agreed. Therefore, this company has proven to be untrustworthy to me.
When I tried to resolve the issue, by calling Tri-​County Medical and Liberator Medical, which were working together to provide services, neither provided answers to my questions. The Tri-​County representatives said they simply couldn’t answer the question, while Liberator Medical never responded to my call or my email inquiry.
Further, Tri-​County Medical advised me on two occasions that they were sending a packet of paperwork to me which would allow me to begin a new agreement; however, neither packet arrived. Thankfully, the invoice they sent using the same address managed to find it’s way to me so I can pay the amount billed in violation of the original agreement.
Of course this is just my experience with Liberator Medical and Tri-​County Medical. I sincerely hope your experience will differ.

They are the best for caths and supplies. The customer service people are very helpful.

I had a great experience working with Liberator Medical to get my catheter supply. The staff member who took my order was very polite and knew a lot about the different catheter options that might work for me. The company also worked with my insurance company to ensure that I didn’t have to pay for the catheters out-​of-​pocket. I will definitely be ordering from them again the next time I need catheters. Thank you!

Avoid this company, they are supposed to be for cancer patients bra’s. I have had terrible customer service, my order was never processed for almost a month, they were waiting for a doctor’s signature, which I already had insurance to pay for these bra’s. I had to end up cancelling the order. They are the very worst, cancer patients beware they are horrible.
