Seriously couldn’t have done any of it without her! She offered helpful suggestions but also was super flexible when our vision didn’t match up with suggestions. She has a fantastic group of vendors (photographers, florists, tables/​chairs, etc) that she works work which helps when you don’t know what the heck you’re doing! Day of, she coordinated everything as I got ready and I was so confident in her abilities that I had zero worries that things would go the way they were supposed to. She also helped with last minute floral issues which saved the day. Her eye for design is super helpful so when I was unsure of how I wanted something to be set up she stepped in and made each table look perfect. Overall I am beyond satisfied!!!

When I was looking for a wedding coordinator for my daughter, I was looking for someone who I could trust. I was referred to Allison through a friend, who swore by her expertise. She understood everything we were trying to accomplish, and even more importantly, without breaking the bank. No detail went unnoticed and the day flowed seamlessly. She was also such a joy to work with, never an attitude when we changed our minds on things last minute or flooded her with constant questions. Allison made herself readily available to my daughter and I. Always sweet, helpful and super talented at making things look beautiful and the end result was a wedding day my daughter will remember forever. I highly recommend Allison for any special event.

I am a huge fan of Allison O’Malley’s party planning, baking and over all sense of beauty. She planned my Wedding Renewal last year, and every detail was gorgeous and flawless. She created a warm environment with her decorations, personal flower arrangements, and her trademark delicious chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. She hung beautiful twinklling lights and had vision for the night that transformed our home and the entire evening. I recommend her highly, she is organized and in charge, which makes the party so much more enjoyable for the host/​hostess. She does such a beautiful job planning events, that I find myself wanting to have events just so I can use her!!! She has artisitic sensitilibity, creativity, knows how to save money without compromising, and is a true talent.

Allison did the flowers and cake for our wedding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the cake decoration, too. The cake tasted delicious! Allison was very professional and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was ready at hand providing different ideas, along with photos. She patiently and efficiently answered my questions while I made up my mind about colors, sizes and quantity. I feel very fortunate to have had her work on our wedding.

Allison was hired to put together my baby shower and all I can say is it was amazing! I had no idea what to expect and when I arrived it was more than I could have ever dreamt of. There was so much thought put into every detail from the menu to the décor, everything was perfect! She even made me the best tasting cake I have ever had. She really can do it all. She is a dream to work with!

Allison planned and coordinated a Breakfast at Tiffany’s themed party I hosted, and I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful everything she did was. She planned every detail from the food menu to the décor and somehow managed everything on a very tight budget. She is incredibly skilled in every aspect of event planning. She made detailed lists of everything the event would need, the costs and a timeline which hugely reduced the stress involved in planning a party. On the day of, Allison was there to oversee everything and make sure that I didn’t have to worry about a thing all evening. I would never have been able to do it without her! It’s so hard to find someone who is organized, creative and highly professional, but Allison embodies all the qualities you want in an event planner! Thank you so much, Allison!

We hired Allison to help us celebrate my brother-in-law’s 50^th birthday. After chatting with us about the birthday boy’s lifelong interest in gallivanting around the world, she came up with an international travel themed party! Every detail followed that theme — the «Passport» invitations, food menus originating from all over the world, the bartender dressed as a TSA officer, the lavish & clever décor complete with globes, maps & vintage travel posters, –even the guests were decked out in colorful International costumes! Her attention to detail was unparalleled, and her ability to find cost cutting measures on everything meant that we saved a ton of money on a party that for all of us will provide a lifetime of memories & stories. The birthday boy had the time of his life!
Thank you Allison for your hard work, creative spirit and unbridled enthusiasm! Next project for Allison in our family? My niece’s wedding — and we all expect the same high level of taste, original design & substantial savings on Katie’s big day – and we have no doubt that Allison will deliver!

Allison is truly a one-​stop-​shop. She was not only our wedding coordinator, but she also made the wedding cake (s)! Her fee is incredibly reasonable for what she does. My husband and I were in the process of opening a business/​completing a thesis presentation when we got engaged and had very little time or energy to plan the cool/​classy/​mind blowing/​inspiring/​trendy/​timeless wedding that we wanted (…and now you see what Allison had to work with).
She was patient with our very «hands-​off» approach even when she had to email me 3 days before the wedding requesting my dad’s name for the 4^th time. And although Geoff and I threw everything together at the last minute, Allison executed it as if she’d been prepared for months. I have no idea what she was doing during the wedding/​reception but I can only assume it was 6hrs of puppeteering from the shadows because all of our friends are crazy and the entire night was suspiciously seamless…
Allison’s organization made the whole process completely stress-​free. It was nice to be able to actually think about my WEDDING on my wedding day– and drink and dance and waltz out at 2am with my husband without looking back to see who was going to pay the caterer or pack up the expensive table décor.
Allison is a gem! Highly recommend for all your planning needs!

Hiring Allison as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Right from the beginning, Allison was readily available to meet in person and spend time on the phone and over email discussing details such as color palette, themes, décor, etc. She led us in all the right steps to create the magical vintage wedding of our dreams! Allison’s dedication, style, and professionalism were truly present throughout the months leading up to our big day. Allison communicated with all our vendors prior to our wedding and throughout the actual wedding day to ensure timing wasn’t off as well as guided our wedding party through the rehearsal in detail. Thanks to Allison, our rehearsal dinner and wedding day went smoothly and wonderfully, filled with special added touches and perfect organization!
