Armen Asadorian Photography

Armen’s photography style is what caught my eye. It’s too often you see overly dramatic and overly edited photos. Armen’s style is more candid, fresh, natural, light, and overall happy & beautiful. During our pre-​wedding shoot, my husband and I had no Idea what we were doing, since neither one of us really likes to be in photos. However, Armen made it extremely easy for us and gave such good direction; that was extremely helpful. That went really well & our pre-​wedding shoot photos were beautiful.
We already knew from that shoot that our wedding photos were going to to be nothing short of amazing — and they were. From start to finish, Armen and his crew were extremely professional, captured the perfect moments, and were an overall delight to have at our wedding. Our wedding photos are absolutely beautiful! Armen’s eye for beauty cannot be beat! We would highly recommend his talent and service to anyone.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for the longest time and I never know which aspect of Armen’s work to rave about. He is truly a talented photographer. Our wedding was about 2 years ago and I still can’t stop showing off our wedding and pre-​wedding photos and video highlights. The day of the wedding came and passed and we’ve just had these pictures and videos to hold on to and watch over and over again. I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve watched them but we love them more each time. Ever since our wedding we have been asked about and recommended Armen to many of our friends & acquaintances and every single one of them has been extremely happy with his work. (It’s also been nice running into the team at friends’ weddings.)
The team did an amazing job capturing the little moments on our special day without us even noticing. Armen has an artistic eye for capturing priceless moments. He is also very good at distract you into a candid shot rather than having you pose into it. So the pictures turn out natural and great rather than awkward and posed. Regardless of where you choose to take your photos, he will capture the beauty of it. He also takes plenty of pictures so that you have many options to choose from (with his amazing work, choosing a limited number of pictures becomes a difficult task). Armen and his team are all very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
if you’re debating about where to allocate more of your budget to, I would highly recommend splurging on your photographer. Once the event has passed, if you’re unhappy with your photos, you can’t go back and retake them, your pictures and video are all that you will have to cherish. So investing in a good photographer is well worth it.

We had been looking for the perfect photographer to capture our special day and I could not be happier with our decision of choosing Armen and his team. From the moment we met him for our first initial appointment to the very last second of our wedding, Armen maintained a calmness and professionalism that made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Your wedding photos are the most important thing because they are memories you hold onto forever.
Every bride is nervous and anxious on their wedding day but the patience and personality exuded by Armen and his team made everything so much easier for me that day. We had SO much fun taking photos all day… from the getting ready portion to our first look to the ceremony and reception itself and most of it was all thanks to Armen!!! We laughed and cracked jokes during most of the process which helped my nerves before walking down the aisle. He has such an incredibly positive and fun personality. I got married this past weekend and the few pictures I’ve seen so far on social media blew me away! He took fun photos to more serious, dramatic photos (which I didn’t think I would like because I am not much of the serious photo type) and they all turned out AMAZING! I felt like a supermodel! I do not have enough words to describe my gratitude for him and his team! I want to get married again just so we can work together and make some more unforgettable memories!!!
I would recommend him for anyone who wants the most beautiful and creative photos for a great price!!! I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of our photos!

Although our wedding is about a year away, I want to write this review for those who are also planning their wedding and looking for a photographer. I plan on updating this review with a post-​wedding follow up.
During my quest to find a photographer, I encountered some very impersonal vendors. I got a variety of automatic responses with packages and pricing or dealt with a representative rather than the photographer directly. Armen was the only one to care enough and CALL me. He is extremely personable which is key for the person documenting your entire wedding day and the energy they bring. Every other wedding vendor we are working with during this planning process is pleased to hear that Armen is our photographer because they’ve worked with him on past events and have all had great experiences.
The one thing we DON’T want are the super posed and unnatural photos. I’m personally not a fan of the editorial/​forced style. I want for us to look like ourselves. This is why we picked Armen. His work speaks for itself and his approach and demeanor with my fiancé and I really sealed the deal. Looking forward to the pre-​wedding shoot and the wedding! I know we’re in good hands.

My sister had Armen as his photographer and he was amazing. I was the maid of honor so I was present every step of the way. Armen and the videography team were so patient with us and walked us through everything without coordinating to much. Everyone still enjoyed posing for the shots, not that there were too many posed shots.
Let me break it down:
1: personality personality personality. If your photographer is amazing but his personality sucks, that will ruin your day. However Armen had THE personality. He made sure everyone was included and nobody’s (relatives) feeling were hurt. He was so fun and had a great sense of humor. Trust me. You’ll need that on a stressful day.
2: He is spontaneous. If you want posed shots, go to a studio. He gets enough posed ones to have enough then he works with elements. Wind, wood, water etc. He catches moments not poses.
Tip: invest in your photos because they will stay forever.

Can’t even begin to explain what a pleasure it was working with Armen on our wedding day! It’s pretty clear from his work that his pictures are not only beautiful but unique. He has a great eye and an amazing approach in bringing his vision to life. From the moment we walked into his office to the last moment of our wedding, we felt so comfortable, which is so important in choosing your wedding Photographer. He handled our massive (24 person) wedding party with such ease and made the day go by so smoothly with his cool and fun demeanor. We love Armen and his team… you guys are awesome!!!

I believe in a magical kind of love and it is difficult to capture that with words or conversations. Armen used originality and natural beauty to capture our love story and wedding day with images so moving they took our breath away. Armen made us laugh when we were exhausted and he understood our vision for the day. He allowed us to be ourselves whilst putting his distinct creative elements into every scene. Armen was the photographer for my wedding a month ago. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about his work. He is an AMAZING photographer. Very caring and professional. He was the best investment of our wedding. I recommend him and his team 100%.

Armen was referred to us by a few friends. When we met with him it made my part of the wedding planning so much easier. His pictures were beautiful and he gave us suggestions on where to take our one on one photos. On our wedding day Armen and his team were a dream. Extremely helpful in all thing. We got our pictures within a few months and then our wedding video a month after that. Our pictures came out so great and our video was perfect! My husband and I were extremely happy with Armen and his team. I would refer him to everyone. Thank you for making our big day easier.

Armen and his team are outstanding! We had an outdoor wedding in July and couldn’t have asked for better photographers and videographers! They worked their butts off (were visibly sweating in the heat of summer) and kept smiles on their faces the entire time. They’ve captured every instant of our wedding beautifully, not at all cheesy like some other photographers in LA!
Armen is a true artist, and his personality is a plus! He makes you feel relaxed and confident on your special, stressful day… I couldn’t recommend him more!
Alsoooo…I think he is more use to indoor weddings yet with our fully outdoor event, he did an awesome job! He’s timely with giving you your pics too (allll of them! Unlike some photographers!)

Btw, with any photographer, I recommend going to your venue beforehand, at the same time of your event and figuring out exactly where you want pics with who and always give yourself extraaa time for that (including resting breaks) otherwise you’ll be a pissy bride, which at times I regrettably was! Especially in the summer heat, which draaaiiins your energy like no other.

Armen and his team were the photographers and videographers for our wedding in November. They were awesome! They were very accomodating, professional, and talented, and they did everything they could to get the best pictures/​videos possible. Even with the stresses of the big day, they kept rolling with the punches with a smile on their faces. They started really early and left later than we even expected. Everyone in the bridal party was so impressed with their amazing work and their great attitude. I have been recommending him to everyone and can’t wait for our next event to hire Armen again!

I booked Armen and his crew for my wedding and I wouldn’t have gone with anyone else! I wanna say he took the nicest pictures I’ve ever seen in my life. Everyone is super professional and friendly, punctual, efficient. I saw pics of my big day the same exact day! He’s absolutely fantastic. My sister and best friend booked them for their wedding as well. Just the presentation alone when you receive the pics is amazing! Such a pleasure to work with, TALENTED and always full of wonderful and creative ideas. Amazing photographer, he captured every single moment of our wedding to perfection. Armen is professional, detailed oriented and very punctual. He was the only vendor We didn’t worry about for our wedding. We live in NYC and had to plan our wedding from the east coast which made it very challenging. However; Armen was kind enough to communicate with us through email and text. He answered all of our questions and made this experience stress free. Thank you Armen! We love our pictures!!! Armen was the photographer for my wedding which was two weeks ago, and he also did a engagement photo shoot and album we had displayed on our wedding day.
I haven’t seen all the wedding pictures yet but just based off the engagement shoot I know he is amazing! Photos to me is one of the most important parts of a wedding and I really insisted on having a engagement shoot and album because I love having the memories to look back at. I loved all the pictures and the album is beautiful, our guests loved it.
Armen is so easy to work with. He is so nice and easy going it makes you feel comfortable to be yourself because if your not it will defiantly show in the pictures. The day of our wedding was pretty crazy but Armen was very cool which we really appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a photographer who knows what he is doing along with a great personality, great professionalism and delivers you the most amazing pictures then you have found your guy in Armen. From day one of meeting Armen I knew he was the perfect photographer for my wedding. Had seen his work at a bridal show and was just so impressed. When my husband and I met with him for our consultation I was even more impressed. He did and exceptional job at our photos for our pre-​wedding shoot and wedding day. So in love with all my pictures.
All my guests were so impressed by Armens professionalism and great personality. I’ve seen other photographers at friends’/family’s’ weddings who can be very controlling and mean and not make the bride and groom feel natural and comfortable at weddings. Armen and his crew are the complete opposite. They make you have even more fun by allowing you to feel so comfortable and have some amazing photos. At the end of your wedding one of the most important memories that last forever is your photos and video… if you want quality and the best photographer out there then Armen is your guy!

Armen is beyond amazing!!! Armen photographed our wedding and our engagement photo shoot and I can’t begin to describe how amazing he and his entire team were!
Photos/​Videos is/​was one of the MOST important things for me when I came to my wedding– what’s the point of spending so much time/​energy/​money planning something as big and wonderful as a wedding if you don’t have the PERFECT photographs to serve as memories??? So– I interviewed a few photographers and took a few recommendations and Armen definitely stood out and we booked him right away– everyone told us that he was not only an amazing photographer– but a great person– and they were right.
A piece of advice– you want to pick a photographer who has fabulous work product (amazing angles, editing, shots) but that is easy and fun to work with– and Armen is just that. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease and helped make the day run smoothly– didn’t let us feel stressed or rushed or anything– and made us feel like super stars.

Armen was absolute perfection! For me, photos are the most important part of any event, especially something as momentous as a wedding! My husband had found Armen based on his architectural photography (go figure). We met with him for about 20 minutes and booked him right away. He was so easy to talk to and not intimidating at all! It was the best decision we made!
Our photos (both from the engagement session and the wedding) are absolutely AMAZING! He captured all the important moments, and then some. What was so great about Armen was that he didn’t have cookie cutter poses that he asked all his brides and grooms to do. He really knows how to take each couple, as individuals and as a couple, and bring out the best in them. Each set of photos for each couple is truly unique (just check out his website and blog!) And the cherry on top: he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Despite how hectic the day got, he was always calm and cool and made sure to make the best of the situation and get the amazing shots!
Bottom line: if you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding, or any other event, Armen is the best out there!
