History
Established in 2005.
Artisan Cheese Gallery was established in 2005 and recently taken over by Shelley Janson in May 2015. This small neighborhood cheese shop and café is a local favorite. Serving up what many think are the best sandwiches and salads in the San Fernando Valley, the business has grown from a small cheese store, with 4 tables and 16 chairs, to a bustling lunchtime hot spot with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Wine and beer were added to the mix and now the locals can be seen enjoying wine and cheese boards on the weekends and in the early evening out on the patio. Located on the north side of Ventura Boulevard, just across the street from the Trader Joe’s Shopping center and Dupar’s Restaurant, with easy access to parking in the rear. Street parking is available in the front as well.
