Brows

So far, so good. She’s very knowledgable about brows and meticulous. I love that attention to detail.
No parking and it’s a small shop, so they don’t always answer the phone. I made my appointment online.
She has a short grace period, but it’s short, so I advise going early to make sure you find parking. I only did my 1^st session, so we’ll see how it goes in 2 months!

SYDNEY! amazing. I just left there about 30 mins ago. I am a 90s kid who plucked and waxed until there was nothing left but patches of eyebrows. She just somehow made them look fuller and arched as well as spent a while teaching me how to do them at home. I am so happy. will definitely go back.

I have finally found my go to brow place!
Debbie is absolutely incredible and ensures she gets the perfect shape for your brows. She is very precise and spends a good amount of time on making sure they’re just right. My eyebrows have never looked better and I instantly saw a transformation.
She also makes sure you leave with confidence in maintaining your brows to ensure you’re on the right path on your «brow journey.» I’m growing mine out and she was very informative but easy to understand.
Not only was she obviously very skilled, but she was so kind, smart and funny. She seems so down to earth and personable, which made the experience even better.
I’m very sensitive, her methods are practically painless, and the entire process was very comfortable.
The studio was very clean and cute with parking on Ventura or in the back.
I can’t help but rave about this place and if you’re in need of any brow services, she’s your best bet (in my humble opinion).

I had my first appointment yesterday with Debbie and couldn’t have been more pleased. I was greeted kindly and explained the way the appointment was going to take place. I was informed about what needed to happen to ‘rehab’ my brows. I’m getting married in August and Debbie gave me tips and our plan for the coming weeks. She was so personable and made the experience great. I can’t wait to update and have the brows I’m envisioning for my wedding. Everyone should go to Brows!

Where do I even begin?! I’ve been coming to see Debbie since November 2014. My eyebrows were essentially overplucked lines and after using her booster nightly, putting the tweezers/​magnified mirror away, and only seeing Debbie monthly, I can say after 16 months of brow rehab I have gorgeous thick natural brows! I will never ever go back to over plucking and I don’t trust anyone with my brows but Debbie! They have parking in the back for free, Debbie is so friendly it always feels like you’re coming to see a friend, and she also has awesome brow products for sale (powders highlighters brushes etc). She’ll even take the time to show you how to fill in your brows/​how to brush them properly to make them look full when you’re in the in-​between-​transition-​phase. I will continue coming here for all my brow needs! :)

Debbie at Brows is the best brow artist in the Los Angeles area hands down. After moving here from out of state and going to the same lady for years I was skeptical to try somebody new. After seeing all the rave reviews for Debbie I decided to give her a shot and I do not have one regret. Every time I leave brows I feel like a new person and never leave disappointed.
Debbie takes the time and care to find out exactly what you want and she is the master of every shape in the book. Highly recommended!

Amazing! I have difficult eyebrows and they get them looking clean and gorgeous. I looked for awhile before I found them and so close to me! Debbie and Jen are both fantastic.

Brows is the best! I’ve been waxing my brows for 20 years and they have become thin and over waxed. Debbie helped me get back to my natural fuller shape and my brows have never looked better. This is the place to go — there is no where better in LA.

I love love love LOVE Brows! Debbie is amazing. I have been threading for years but been very unhappy as most brow artist would not listen to my request of keeping my brows full. I have a squareish Heart shaped face and Debbie knew EXACTLY what to do. My brows are so much happier and thicker. Debbie is a miracle worker! I came in with skimpy, patchy brows. She promised she could help me grow them into thicker more beautiful brows. It wouldn’t happen over night and I had to promise to not touch them. I mostly didn’t touch them which is really hard for an almost daily plucker and I admit I was skeptical — I didn’t think that was exactly possible… I had really sad little brows to start with.
I bought her package of three shaping sessions and her MIRACLE BROWS POTION. She doesn’t actually call it that but it really does miraculous things for your brows. It’s all natural & you massage it into your brows before bed. Within 8 weeks or so I had FULL BEAUTIFUL brows! And the best part? They made me look younger!
Debbie Dexter is the real deal and she also happens to be a real doll!

Living in Los Angeles and having a good and reliable place where I can maintain my feminine grooming needs is just as important as having a good mechanic.
The first time I walked into BROWS I immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and calming. And Debbie (the owner) has a way of making everyone feel special. I have always had problem brows, or rather, a lack there of, and I’d pretty much given up, when Debbie told me about her Brow Booster product, I immediately said yes, and I am happy to say it’s working! I’ve been using her product nightly for a few weeks now, and yay!, I finally have Brows that I love, and a place that I love going to.
As I have stressed in previous reviews for other businesses, people will easily take the time to write an angry complaint, but rarely go out of their way to write a review when everything is stellar. The service industry is hard work. Dealing with people’s moods, timelines, deadlines, event dates and a host of other issues. People who work in the service industry and do a great job, should be rewarded! That being said, thank you Debbie, you Rock!!!

BRIDES BEWARE. If you’re getting married, I highly recommend NEVER USING BROWS in Studio City. The owner, Debbie, and makeup artist, Jen, are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Let me tell you why. I went in for a makeup trial with my bridesmaid. I was told that it would cost $ 95 with lashes for the trial. Prior to having my makeup done, I first and foremost asked Jen if she was available the day of my wedding. She said that she was on hold with a client for that day, but that she could easily cancel that client if I booked with her. I was very hesitant about proceeding but she assured me that she could drop that client if I booked with her, which I was totally happy to do. So, naturally, I asked for a quote for the day-​of the wedding. I was told that I would receive a formal quote that night. Jen and Debbie refused to give me a rough price range. I did not hear from them that night nor the next day. The following day I received a phone call in the afternoon telling me that Jen hadn’t heard back from her client whether or not she was available. I explained to Debbie that this EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING since I specifically confirmed with Jen prior to the trial that she would be available for me the day of the wedding. I also explained to her that it is ridiculous that I also don’t even have a quote. Have you never done a wedding in Los Angeles? Later that day, I received a return call that Jen would not be available for the wedding. So, the moral of the story is that this company is extremely unprofessional and the owner clearly does not know how to provide a helpful service.
Ultimately, after fighting with them, I was able to get the money for the trial refunded. All in, the experience was a nightmare and a waste of time.

BROWS IS AWESOME!
My story is simple but good:
Two days after hanging out with a friend, I get a text: «I meant to tell you! You have the most AMAZING eyebrows ever!»
Awesome. I can’t say it any better than that. This is what I want out of my eyebrows — that they look amazing and slamming. And that even when I’m not there, people want to remark that they’re awesome. Because brows are important!
Great eyebrows pull a face together. The shape. Everything. This is the philosophy of Debbie. I’m so relieved to have a place like Brows. They’ve answered my eyebrow prayers.

I wish I could give Brows more than 5 stars! My eyebrows were merely existing before I met Debbie. Now, they are my favorite part of my face. Debbie gave me my first brow tint back in November and now I am OBSESSED. She transformed my mediocre brows into perfection. Best place in LA, hands down!

BTW they do facials yay!!! :) I try it today. I have to say Jay is the best! He uses good products gives you a good face massage that would put you to sleep! You wake up felling fresh and new! You can get everything done in one day! Love this place :)
