Had the displeasure of being behind a mad man driving a van with your name on it. He ran a red light. Then flipped an illegal u turn with out signaling and pulled into your place of business.

I had backed up and scraped a railing the other day and needed to find a place to see if I can buff off the paint that rubbed off onto my car. After reading reviews of this place and seeing it was down the block from where I lived, I decided to stop by. Elvis greeted me and Hector took my car in to see what he could do. In about 15 mins, my car was out front and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it! I couldn’t believe it. They then said it was complementary, which I couldn’t believe. What great service for a new customer. I will definitely return there if I have any other issues. Great first impression! Thank you!

Edgar is the man!
Initially I had my doubts about going to a body shop on Ventura. Great customer service and no price gouging? Yah right!
My rear bumper became loose and for fear of it ripping off the car on the freeway, I knew I had to get it fastened quick. Called a few shops and saw Exotic. Called Exotic and Edgar said just bring it by. Not only did he work on fastening it himself but he got one of his guys to help. Asked him how much and he said don’t worry about it. Totally made my day. Not everyday you find a body shop with that attitude.

I am left speechless after today’s beyond exceptional experience I had with Edgar and his staff at Exotic Auto Collision. My cousin’s cell phone had somehow slipped through the cracks of the passengers seat and landed into the ventilation system. The back and front of the passengers seat were completely blocked off with plastic covering the front with tight hinges and screws. Having exhausted every possible way to locate the cell phone, I had given up, but not Edgar… he was relentless, professional, and worked tirelessly to find a way to take it out. After two hours of working, pulling apart different parts from the front and back of my seat, to finally completely removing the passengers seat out, we finally found the phone lodged on the tip of my ac ventilation system underneath the car. How it got there? god knows! All i have to say is i have never experienced customer service and professionality on this level. Not a lot of people care and after trying many different routes, they mostly give up or provide an excuse, but that was not the case with the boys at Exotic Auto Collision. They delivered above and beyond; hard working, clean and efficient! I am so thankful for randomly pulling into their body shop today and highly recommend their services… Thanks again boys!

i used this repair shop because they contract with state farm. i wasn’t expecting great work and friendly people, but i got both. my car was finished early and they were kind enough to return my rental car. Nile who seems to own or run the shop kept me in the loop about the job and was courteous at all times. not a single problem and my car was detailed and gorgeous when i drove it home

I brought my 1967 Ford Bronco into Abraham and team after a tree branch fell on the front fender. The work on the fender was top notch and the customer service was really great. It feels like they take pride in their work and go out of their way to give friendly and fair customer service. They really work with you to make sure you’re happy. In addition, the facilities and office were super clean and modern. I’ve unfortunately been to quite a few body shops between my wife’s car and mine (mostly on the Westside), and I really liked my experience at Exotic Auto Collission. I definitely recommend.
