Fitness Frenzy Boot Camp is a fun, invigorating, high-intensity group fitness class. Instruction is based on encouragement and friendly motivation, rather than the traditional harsh military-style method.
We use weights, calisthenics, obstacle courses, a variety of mat exercises and cardio routines to give you a thorough all-body workout. And every day is different, so you are always presented with a new and exciting challenge.
Over four weeks, your body and mind will be drilled, adapted, and energized as you strive to achieve your personal best. We inspire everyone to go at their own pace, so no matter what your age, shape, size or fitness level, our course is designed for you.
You will receive a nutrition guide and food log to keep you on track with your diet, as well as before-and-after fitness assessments so you can measure your progress and overall success. Simply stick to our program to see guaranteed results!

Established in 2010.
Fitness Frenzy Boot Camp has been keeping clients in shape for over six years. We host our classes in the fresh air in local parks where we utilize park props, incline/decline hills, and old-fashioned dumbells for a completely different workout each time. Unlike our competitors who cram in as many people as possible for profit, we keep our classes small and intimate to ensure each person receives the individual attention they require. Our unconditional group support will provide you with the motivation you need to achieve your ultimate fitness goals.
