I had the colonic therapy and bought the groupon for 3 sessions. I’m going on my third with Hilda Hito and she’s awesome. She’s gentle, sweet and tells you everything about the session as you go. You can ask her any question. She’s patient and she makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend Hilda for your colonics!

Hilda is AMAZING!!! First time doing hydrotherapy and she made me feel very comfortable. Setting is relaxing. I had three sessions with her & have felt better ever since. I will definitely be going back.

Colon Hydrotherapy has become a very important part of my health routine over the past few years. After my past colon hydrotherapist moved out of town I was left searching for a new center to start my routine back up. Here is where I found Elysia Smith– she has been such a gem!!!
Her personable and calming nature really helps when coming in for an appointment. She genuinely cares about the health of the people she sees, and I am so happy I found her.
She always has been very mindful of any of the concerns I have had with my health, and she has tremendous knowledge of what she does.
So not only am I feeling better (less fatigue, bloat, and foggy thinking), but I have learned so much about the importance of gut health. I highly recommend!!!

This was my first experience with colon hydrotherapy and I can say it will not be my last. The front desk staff was friendly and assured me everything will be fine. But Elysia, the technician, is a miracle worker. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, she explained the process and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Elysia. She is the best.

Went here for Dysport and they must have hit a vein near my eye because now it is swollen and looks horrible. I waited two and a half weeks hoping it would go away before calling them to tell them. They asked me to come in and I drove 45 minutes each way for the person to take a look at me for less than five minutes and tell me that it would «probably» go away, which I highly doubt since it has been two and a half weeks. So I ended up paying money to actually look worse! I’m sorely disappointed in the service here.

Interesting experience; especially since it was my first time getting colon hydrotherapy.
Hilda was great.
Asked my Dr. for her thoughts & she’s all for these.
So, I’ll be back!

Unfortunate that I have to give a bad review because I like gelena. But it’s been over 3 months of me reaching out to the clinic trying to schedule an appointment for laser treatments and their machine is broken.
I prepaid for my treatments and each time I called in (once a month for the past 3 months) to schedule an appointment someone promised to call me back and let me know when their machine would be back up. (No one ever called)
The last time I spoke to someone, she said «someone was coming in to fix it today» and they would call me back to reschedule.
It’s been about a month and a half and no one ever called me.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to finish my treatments with them, at this rate I don’t know if they plan to ever fix their machine. Looks like I’ll have to start my treatments elsewhere.

I went here using Groupon for Restylane filler used on my smile lines and marionette lines. All I can say is that I am more than pleased with the results and the stuff was wonderful and very pleasant. Will definitely be going back for different treatments too. Vey clean and professional. Thumbs up!

These ladies are extremely professional, knowledgable and very kind. Always a pleasant smile greets me at every appointment.
I am on my second Botox treatment and could not be happier with the results… on my 1^st visit the process was thoroughly explained and all my questions/​concerns were addressed.
Facility is VERY clean and well decorated I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. We are taking our son for his 1^st facial as well.

Like many other reviewers, I had a good colonic hydrotherapy session, but the front desk scheduling is horrible. I’m not really sure what is going on with them, but 2 of my 3 appointments needed to be rescheduled and I had to fight for them to not push the appointment 2 weeks after the initial. Colonics are very time sensitive, so it was a very frustrating process working with front desk staff/​management that were not being diligent regarding this issue. The price is good when you get it on groupon, but definitely not worth it any other way.
As for the actual colonic, I saw 2 different tech and this was my first session. It’s hard for me to compare them as a result. What I will say is they walked me through the process very nicely and seemed to be doing a thorough job. I didn’t start seeing results until my 3^rd one, but from my understanding that is how it usually goes.

I have to say that I immediately wanted to write a post my of experience, but waited to see results. First, I called for my dysport session and was able to make an appt for the next day. I arrived and am greeted very nicely and straight to the appt. it was wonderful! She took her time and made sure that my needs were met. She was caring, focused and so professional. I will be back for sure… I consider myself a regular customer now.

I purchased a 3 series colonic cleanse via groupon and had my first session with Hilga HIta today. I was very pleased with her style. She was kind, gentle, & very thorough with her explanation of what to expect and her process. I signed up for my other two sessions but she is booked solid so the recommended one week sessions turned into a 2 week delay for my second session because she is so busy.
I also received botox and the lady (did not get her name) was very nice. I will definitely go back for the colonic cleanse and will determine if I continue with the botox once this process sets in. I am worried of fallen eyelids and this takes times to come out. Other than that, the facility appeared clean, staff was friendly, and although there are only two parking spots, I guess I got lucky because i pulled right in with no issues.

If I could give 0 starts I would.
I bought a Groupon from them for $ 200+ and had 1 session.
They called me right before my 2^nd session & told me they had to cancel because their machines were down.
They called me to reschedule my 2^nd session for the 2^nd time… called to cancel AGAIN (I asked them for a refund).
They called to rescheduled my 2^nd session for the 3^rd time… called to cancel AGAIN (I asked for a refund again).
No response so I emailed to request a refund (no response).
After 3 cancelled sessions & 3 attempts to resolve the issue with the clinic… I am writing this review. If I do not receive refund by Monday I will contact Groupon.
Their customer service is horrible with unreliable machines and lasers.

I wish I could give this place negative stars if I could. Florade is the absolute worst in customer service. I bought a groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal and I had tried making an appointment over the phone but no one would pick up! Over a course of three days, all of my calls were left unanswered. I had heard that their laser hair removal machine was getting cleaned, so fine, I get that. But I’m just curious as to why my phone calls were ignored.
I finally was able to make an appointment here for my first session (scheduled for today at 4p), but they just called me past 3 to tell me that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently because their machine stopped working. I understand that these things happen, but when you talk to a customer in a very unsympathetic way, it is just unacceptable. It’s upsetting that I had waited so long just to get an appointment with them only to have it cancelled not more than one hour before my appointment. I was explaining to the lady on the phone how upsetting this was, but she just kept cutting me off! Very disrespectful. I wasn’t even offered a new appointment right away. Multiple people that have spoken to me over the phone have no manners. And judging by their lack of customer service, I’m not sure this place will be any good.
I have wasted so much of my time on this disastrous of an establishment. I regret spending my money towards this place. I’m not sure I will be back.
However, if you are looking for a great laser hair removal place, I definitely recommend New Look Skin Center over in Encino. I’ve been getting laser done there and they are no fuss and the treatment is very effective for me.

This place f***ing sucks! For two days I haven’t heard anything from them after leaving my number with them to let me know if they will book me for a Monday appointment because their computers are down. In addition to that they also said that their laser machine was taken to get cleaned?! And they won’t know if they can book me. I’m so baffled by this place. I got a groupon to try this business out but this is horrendous of an experience. Granted I got one out of my five sessions done but for the area they treated it was ineffective because they missed several spots. It’s so annoying. I would be easy going if I could book an appointment but reaching them is a joke. I am sure if I left a message on their machine that it would be ignored. So I tried to go in person today to avoid having to call them one more time for an appointment. Come to find out, despite having the store hours posted on Unilocal and on their store front they were no where to be seen. I have had it with this place I am so beyond pissed. I work in a service industry and I know the value of treating your clients right but this is just bananas. How are they still in business? Pretty sure this place does whatever they want. I was initially told no laser appointments can be done until Tuesday-​Saturday but then was told otherwise. It’s annoying how inconsistent they are. They are not to be trusted.
I have been going to New Look for my laser and I love it and trust me they are great with booking appointments and following up so please don’t go here.

I purchased a Groupon for a colonic session for Florade Wellness Center in Encino, CA. I set up an appointment with a very nice receptionist and I was excited to become more healthy from the inside out. My therapist was Elysia. OMGoodess, she is so AWESOME!!! She took her time to explain the entire process, gave good tips on improving my health and maintaining a healthy colon, she is really funny and extremely patient and make you feel very comfortable.
So when my session was over, I decided to continue receiving colonic treatments. So I inquired with the receptionist as to how much a session cost, she advised me that there were 3 packages that I could choose from.
Pkg #1 — 3 sessions for $ 195
Pkg #2 — 5 sessions for $ 540
Pkg #3 — 9 sessions for $ 925
or just one colonic session for $ 75
So I chose Pkg #1. I paid in full right on the spot and booked my 3 appointments. Once my 3 sessions were over, I wanted to purchase another 3 sessions. The receptionist told me that the price was going to be $ 240. I told her I only paid $ 195 for the last 3 sessions. She said that was a promotion deal and now the regular price was $ 240.
This clinic never mentioned anything about promotion deals when I purchased my 1^st package. I asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist told me that she was not available and she would have to take down my name and number and call me back that day.
That was literally 4 months ago and I still have not received a call back from this place. I even called and asked to speak with my colonic therapist. The receptionist states she’s busy and doesn’t take client phone calls. These people are just scam artist trying to take your money.
CONS: Not transparent with their prices
Charge whatever they want at any given time
Receptionist doesn’t relay messages to the manager
Manager doesn’t follow up with the customer to resolve any issues
Clinic just takes advantage of your business.
Horrible parking — Very small tiny parking lot with only 2 spaces dedicated to the center for customer parking. Either park on the street or drive around in circles. Be careful of parking tickets as well.
Be aware when going to Florade Wellness Center… Ask ALL questions up front and get things put in writing so you won’t get jipped like I did :-(

The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because Hilda is AMAZING at what she does!!!
If you don’t mind the shady managment then I recommend Hilda for sure!
I had 1 session here, I called inquiring about the Groupon and was told that I can redeem at my appointment. I asked if I can receive the three session package for 119 at the end of my session and they kindly said that it was no problem. I intended to book another session today my second session of three and had numerous phone calls with the receptionist and her words to me were that this was not possible and that she was not going to honor it she was going to have a supervisor call me back after three phone calls there was no supervisor that called me back she was extremely rude and unhelpful… Needless to say there needs to be cleaned up at that front desk in their office because those ladies at the front desk answering the phone’s do not know what they’re doing and it’s a shame because Hilda that is an incredible Hydro therapist!!!
