Jerry’s Arco Service Station

Don’t go to this location if you have the Ampm app. The app clearly states you can redeem up to 4 items. This location will not honor their own rules of the game. Even though I brought it up with the cashier today at 5:30am and showed her the official rules. She kept me 10 minutes standing on the register saying she would call a manager. She had the phone on her hand but just walked back and forth. End result I walked out leaving the drink in the counter. Second thing… Don’t get a coffee for someone and dare to take 3 creams and 3 sugars. They will try to charge you for taking them. Even though your coffee in the cup is black. This location is ridiculous. My job requires for me to drive around and I put gas at least once a day… This location lost my business. I had enough with their rude employees and not following though… False advertising.

Very disappointed I had to wait 10 minutes in line to pay for gas then I was sent outside to pay with debit but my dispenser wouldn’t take my card! Then I came in to get a receipt and they refused to allow me access to the restroom because it was recently cleaned /​felt discriminated /​I hope to hear a response on this comment from the owner before I report this to consumers affairs

I tried three of their pumps. None of them worked. I ended up going to Chevron down the street.

The owner of this gas station does not allow über or lift drivers to shop here!
As I was finishing my work day as an über driver, I was ask by an employee to leave the premises as I was not allowed to do business as order by the owner.
As a driver, I fill up my tank at least 2 times a week, totaling a minimum of $ 100 per week!
I understand if I was just parked waiting for a call to come in but I was about to fill up my tank and buy some snacks for the trip home!!! I am never shopping here again! How about not letting people use the restroom because the don’t buy nothing ha!

Sam’s Arco Station is unreal!!! It has absolutely everything! Wine, champagne, greeting cards, healthy organic snacks, and the cheapest gas in the city!
By the way, it’s not longer Jerry’s Arco… Sam, the new owner, has been operating the station for close to 10 yrs now and is a very friendly guy!

The selection of coffee is great, all machines so clean, and lots of extras for your drinks.

Only got gas here once before — little more pricey due to location right off the 101 fwy, but friendly staff and clean store. Clean bathrooms too — much appreciated!!!

Cheap gas, bathroom looks kinda ghetto with carvings on the sink. Fountain drink prices higher than other area Arco stores. Lots of signage about not to read magazines, newspapers, etc. before they are paid for. Yep, that’s why I come into a gas station, to catch up on my reading.

This place came so close to getting 3 stars until someone came up to me begging for change. I really don’t understand why so many people beg for change at all Arco’s?
The gas is cheap, which means I am bargain hunting trying to save as much money as possible. So why on Earth do they have these places camped out? What was really wierd is that the person begging for change was in better shape and dressed nicer than me. Granted they may not have been the brightest knife in the drawer but it is quite a nusance when your trying to save a buck or two.
This place is the cheap genie of all gas stations… this has to be one of the lowest priced gas stations within 5 miles. In LA 5 miles is a lot of ground to cover. It also is on a big lot, but even with 4 full, operating islands it gets jammed back; so the word is definitely out on this place. The convenience store has tons of merchandise and is huge. It has a large fountain station and even a small fruit section, so it is a refreshing stop for any commuter. There is also an In-​n-​Out & Carls Jr. a block or two away so if you need to grab a quick meal, you’re in luck. I would be careful driving past this area on the 101 though, it is a notorious speed trap for the CHP. I think they camp out around the 101 & North Hollywood freeway interchange. I see them pulling people on the freeway and pulling into this station and the Chevron station up the road since they have the best lighting in the area.

Great gas prices. Huge, clean store that is stocked with everything! Always a friendly guy behind the counter.

Holy crap, gas is expensive right now! When it’s $ 3.93/gal for Unleaded even at the Arco, you know it’s time to carpool: D.
This station is conveniently located right by the entrance to the 101 freeway, so with their help, I swiftly cured my car’s empty gas tank light issue. And that’s pretty important for peace of mind on the drive home.

Cheap gas. All you need to know about a gas station. I come here after work regularly.
The AM/​PM has your usual selection and price of the usual gas station/7−11 fare.

The worst experience ever in a gas station, where I was treated with disrespect by the loser cashier, the most incompetent employees you will ever find. Don’t go there if you can help it.

Short Version: Wow; gas and bladder-​bursting sodas.
Long Version: Among most gas stations, Arco tends to have the lowest price. This station is relatively clean and the mini-​mart is well kept. The cashiers aren’t the friendliest, but after inhaling gasoline all day, would you be chipper or stoned groggy? You can also get sodas here that will last you five hundred miles. Sadly, your bladder won’t, and you end up having to stop at another one of their stations. But beware; they’re cranky about giving out the bathroom key. Good luck with the cleanliness in there.
