I got gum grafting done here and Dr. Saghizadeh did an amazing job. She even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I will be back when I need work but until then will be recommending them to friends. Thanks for making a dentist appt enjoyable!

Had a gum graph done here and was really very pleased with the office, the staff, the doctor, and the overall experience. No one wants to have a dental procedure but the team here made it a decent experience. Melissa is awesome.
The doctor called me personally to follow up after the procedure. They were all very caring as I was very anxious about the procedure as I have had negative experiences with other surgeries/​procedures in past.
My only negative comment would be that except for the appointment for my actual procedure they seem to run about 30 minutes late! When the follow up appointments are only 10 minutes long, waiting 30 is a little much.
Besides that I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

I never used to like going to the dentist until NOW!!! Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, invested in me and not only with my teeth but my life. Whenever I come they get me in right on time. NO waiting! The exams are always comprehensive and I get to ask any questions before during and after the visit. Dr. Saghizadeh is a ROCKSTAR & SUPERSTAR! She is truly amazing! I feel comfortable and at home here which in LA is HARD to find! I actually get excited to visit my dentist now. Who would of thought! These lovely professionals and friends are now my family! I highly recommend this practice and have referred many friends and neighbors… BEST Dental practice EVER!!!

It must have been my lucky star because the regular hygienist was off that day and Dr. Mahasti Saghizadeh volunteered to clean my teeth herself.
From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She radiated warmth and confidence. She was extremely skillful and did a super thorough job. I was impressed by her expertise and willingness to go out of her way to serve me.
She also took the time to examine my gums and gave me advice how to take better care of my teeth.
I highly recommend her.
I should also mention that Melissa, the office manager, was extremely helpful and kind.

I was horrified when my dentist told me I needed an emergency «clinical crown lengthening.» I got a list of covered periodontists from my insurance company & then went right to Unilocal.Dr. Saghizadeh only had 1 review, but it was a very good one, so I gave her a shot.
When I called the office, Melissa fit me in for an appointment in just 2 days. She also got right on the phone with my insurance company and my dentist to get the emergency referral documentation required by my DHMO and copies of my xrays. I didn’t have to do a thing but show up for the appointment.
Dr. Saghizadeh and her assistant were both very reassuring and patient with all my questions and concerns before the surgery. They even gave me extra shots of novocain since I was so nervous about pain. The surgery itself went as well as I could hope for — no pain, just pressure and lots of noise. That evening and the next day my jaw was sore, and I couldn’t open my mouth very far. I took a couple Advil those first 2 days to help with inflammation, but I honestly didn’t need them for pain. It’s been 4 days since the surgery now, and other than the packing around the tooth, I feel completely normal.
Dr. Saghizadeh called me personally to check on me a few days after the surgery, which was a really nice and unusual gesture from a doctor these days.
I really hope I never have to visit a periodontist again, but if I do, I’m so happy and relieved I connected with Dr. Saghizadeh. She’s a good one.

When my dentist recommended that I go see Dr. Saghizadeh, a periodontist, I didn’t consider it good news, but in this case it was! From the first moment I walked into Dr. Saghizadeh’s office, I was in the best hands — from Melissa, the wonderful office manager, to the very capable dental assistants and most of all, to the magnificent Dr. Saghizadeh, who has dramatically improved the health of my gums!
During my treatment not only did Melissa, the office manager, explain all the procedures and billing, schedule them conveniently for me, answer all of my questions and work very closely with the people at my insurance plan to get the best payment situation for me, but she also took the time to correct a billing-​oversight with my insurance provider from a previous dentist’s office.
The dental assistants work in great harmony with the doctor to maximize the patient’s comfort, while Dr. Saghizadeh dedicates her great talent as a periodontist and brilliant surgeon to give the best care possible to every single patient. The gum grafts that Dr. Saghizadeh did on me were expertly executed, and her meticulous follow-​up (including calling me at home in the evening after every procedure) ensured that I healed perfectly.
There are doctors who are kind or talented, but if you are looking for a doctor that is both — you’ve just found one! I feel so very grateful to have my periodontal health entrusted to Dr. Saghizadeh’s extraordinary and loving care.
