Solid pizza… definitely at the high end of what LA has to offer. They actually give you a large slice… like it should be! Good sauce and decent crust. As for desert, the Gelato is absolutely incredible!

First time we’ve ever stopped by here since we live so close. They have amazing service and were very patient with us since my mother is such a picky eater. The food looks and tastes amazing! I’m def bound to come back for more of their pizza!

The flavor was OK, but the pizza was undercooked. I had it delivered, and while it took a while, it wasn’t THAT long, especially considering I ordered it a half hour before closing on a Sunday night. Besides being undercooked, the 3 cheese pizza, which was supposed to have Parmesan, only seemed to have the dried grated Parmesan shaken on, not any freshly grated Parmesan, which was disappointing. Not the worst, but I probably wouldn’t order from there again.

So I walk by often on my way to the Gap and other stores on Ventura Blvd and I stopped in but was put off by it because there were no ready made pizzas with slices to point and choose from. How wrong was I? Very ! Recently walked by and took a chance. I was told they would add toppings to a pizza with slices that was half made? Not sure, all I know is that I added my 2 toppings(mushrooms and peppers) and the pizza slice they brought me was delicious ! And huge ! They have a special«big pizza slice & soda», but in truth, it’s a HUGE slice and I really enjoyed it. They brought it out very quickly(like under 10min) but there was no line. Not sure how long it takes during busy time. It was a very thin slice(New York style?) but it was good. No problems there. As an LA native I was happy.

I am a very picky pizza eater. The slices are massive! You will not leave hungry. The taste of the pizza was lacking. Not a lot of flavor on my piece.

I ordered delivery. Zero stars if I could. Disgusting and cold pizza for $ 25. Hate myself for even eating it and wasting a good Equinox workout. Save yourself some dignity and money and just order Dominos, if you must.

We went to this restaurant because we wanted to have pasta, and it was a mistake. We ordered chicken parmagiana which was weak, lasagna which was very disappointing. The food took a very very long time. The gelato was good but the scoop was the tiniest I’ve ever seen. We had to order two scoops at $ 2 each to make one decent scoop. This restaurant may be good if you want pizza by the slice.

After being at the race track all day we stopped in for a pie. Let me tell you, the pizza was AMAZING. This crust is brushed with basil and olive oil I think. Great idea, never tasted crust like that. Will come back next time I’m in town!

If you’re in the market for a slice of pizza that is larger than your head(and who isn’t) this is your place. For easy no-frills(seriously guys– no frills) lunch, dinner or snacking, this place is as good as any. Located on Vantage(next to the corner Starbucks on Ventura) they have indoor and outdoor seating and I’d say seating is limited, but, honestly, I’ve never seen all the seats taken so you’re fine. They have hot and cold sandwiches and plenty of salads– the Garden Green is vegan or the Greek can be done vegan and they usually offer a quinoa and lentil dish that is really good. The pizza is reminiscent of NY pizza which is never a bad thing and as I said — slices are gigantic. They have homemade ice cream which is all gluten free except for the cookies and cream and they have 6 varieties of sorbet if you don’t do dairy. Prices are average for Studio City and the staff is generally kind and helpful. Parking can be found in the giant lot behind the store but it’s a BUSY lot so it may take a minute and some walking because the lot spans an entire block and is shared with CVS, Urban Outfitters(yay shopping!) and lots of other stuff.

$ 13 for sliced cheese cardboard dry chicken cutlet, covered in warm tomato sauce sans ANY seasoning… not even basic salt and pepper. 1 star, you ask? Pasta cooked well. On top of the bad food, the poor service makes it unbearable. I am the only customer in your lobby, so i applogize for interupting your cellphone activity with my attempt in having any polite conversation to engage you, while I wait for my food.

The best pizza in Studio City! Easily the biggest slice I’ve seen outside of New York. Sure, the delivery is a lot slower than most of the major pizza chains but that’s to be expected from a mom and pop shop such as this. I highly recommended you walk in and eat a slice in house, on the sidewalk — it’s a completely different experience and one that’s reminds me of New York street pizza. Great, now I’m hungry!

For the price and area it’s ok. When you order the large slice with two toppings, they give you a slice which could have been sitting for hours on end; then they plop the toppings atop. This of course falls immediately off :(since it has not been properly imbedded. To remedy this I suggest the owner makes fresher slices for each customer!

The yogurt isn’t that great since it like any other yogurt. If there was a difference in it that would make it more tasty. I would’ve definitely gave a better review.

Because it’s located on the side of Ventura, it took me a little while to go inside. But once I tried it, it became one of my go to pizza place in Studio City. The slices are nice and large. Paggliaci’s pizza reminds me of the pizza I used to eat back home in New York, so it’s a quick fix for when I’m feeling homesick!

I decided to order from Pagliaccis for our Halloween party. Knowing that delivery places get busy on Halloween night I placed the order thru their online option the night before and even called the restaurant to confirm that they will meet the delivery time of 6pm on the following night. I was assured that I would get my order at the time I requested. Come following day 6pm, I have 15 hungry people at my house… and no pizza. We called them at 6:10 but were told that they are very busy and that we just have to wait. We called again at 6:30 and were told that our order wasn’t even in the oven yet. At that time, we were given the name and phone number of the owner whom we immediately called. He said that he will call the restaurant and take care of it. Instead of sitting home we decided to take the hungry bunch trick-or-treating. While walking back home(over 1 hr later) we called the house to make sure the order has arrived, but no one ever came with our order. We immediately called the restaurant and were told that they owner called them after our conversation and cancelled our order!!! At this point we were furious, and the staff promised that they would fulfill our order really fast since they were not so busy now. Finally, by about 9pm we received our pizza.(3 hours late). Additionally, the pizza wasn’t all that great and the salad soggy. I WOULDNOT recommend this place if you want a good and reliable service. Stay away from this place and go with CPK, across the street. At least they are responsible for their promises and care about their customers.

Sharing gelato, I got the $ 5.99 large with four scoops and they were the babiest baby scoops ever! What a rip. The gelato might be good but it’s just as good anywhere else. What I can’t believe is that they used their have their own niche in treats. They used to blend base frozen yogurts with fun candies, fruits and nuts. No more. They also serve big momma size pizza slices. But I’m too appalled by the gelato three bite scoops to go back. Four scoops with three man-mouth bites equals… twelve bites. My relationship as a customer of this café is forever over. #calamity

Quite possible one of the largest pizza slices of I’ve ever ordered and consumed. For around $ 4 – 5 a pop, Pagliaccis offers thin sliced larger than life pizza slices, whole pizzas, frozen yogurt, salads and pastas… typical of your«fast» food italian joint. I loved their pizza and wouldn’t definitely stop here for a quick bite, but based on the mixed reviews regarding delivery, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from here. They have a backdoor patio which is nice to hang out during warm summer days and lots of parking in a private lot. I won’t make an effort to come here, but if I’m in the area and craving a slice of pizza, this is my spot!

I’ve tried this place a couple times and I’ve been very happy with my food each time. I usually have a slice of pizza with a couple items on it and other times a fettuccini Alfredo with chicken dish. I work very close by and have a short lunch break so I try to call in my pasta order knowing it’ll take some extra time. Pizza slice is usually out in maybe 10 mins from ordering to eating. The pricing is quite average for quality, quantity and dish.

I just had the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had in my life at… a pizza place? Yep. And it’s all because of a sponsored ad! Typically, I would specifically NOT go where an ad is suggesting simply because I hate my electronics telling me what to do. I like to pretend I can still exert some form of control over them. Anyway, my buddy & I were driving around town and we wanted ice cream, popped the term into Unilocal and this place came up on top as a sponsored location. Turns out they do ice cream and pizza. And it was right next to where we were headed. Decision made. I checked out the menu and noticed they do custom yogurt, something I can’t recall having ever seen before. I ordered a small with banana and peanut butter. Then I watched as the guy behind the counter filled a small bowl with some thick vanilla yogurt, real banana, and a nice big scoop of peanut butter. He closed up the mixing contraption and my yogurt was ready in about 6 seconds. Have you ever had yogurt made with real, natural flavors blended in like this? It’s fucking amazing. Fucking. Amazing. I could have eaten an entire bathtub full of this stuff. If someone said my next bite would give me instant Type II diabetes I’d have, like, another gallon. The banana flavor was so intense and fragrant, and the peanut butter added a great rich balance to the mix. It was just a burst of flavors and richness and everything I want in my mouth, all at once. There was strong temptation to get another one just to try out more flavor combinations. As a bonus, I also got a slice of cheese pizza. The slices here are HUGE, thin, and crispy — just like they make it in Manhattan. Well, almost. You just can’t replicate that kind of quality out here. But for California pizza? Bliss. This is my new go-to spot whenever I’m up here. The price is right and the quality is superb.
