The massage here is good, well mostly ok. You sit in a room with many other people all getting massages at the same time. It starts out sitting on an ottoman stool while your back and shoulders get worked on. The you move on your back to the reclining chair. I wish there were more female masseuses here because I got a bit freaked out by the guy. Touching and caressing my feet felt kinda strange. But the part that grossed me out the most was when I turned over and put my face into the hole in the chair. All I kept thinking was how in the hell do they clean abs sanitize that space where I put my face in. But. For only $ 25 bucks plus $ 10 tip it was not that bad of an experience. I’m still not sure I’d go back here again though.

Great spot. It’s not lavish… By any means. But they give a solid massage for a great price. I made an appointment the day before & got the time slot I wanted. They were on time. The parking is sparse … So plan accordingly. It might take you 5 or so minutes extra to park & walk. I will definitely be going back.

Love this place. I went here after 2 grueling 10 hour days on my feet at work. Steven relieved the soreness of my soles, and worked out all of the stress in my neck and back. Can’t beat the price for an hour of relaxation and rejuvenation!

I’m torn with this place now. I’ve been here many times. I’ve had great massages…& I’ve had bad massages, including tonight. Not only was the man extremely rough, but I sort of felt like I was getting the«wet horse scrub-down» just as fast & abrupt as he possibly could. I came in at 8:45 so I’m wondering if he was hurrying to leave early? What made it worse… it was LOUD including employees shouting! Seriously. At one point two employees stood over my head and had a full conversation, very loudly… while I was getting massaged like I had wronged this man in another lifetime. About halfway through I realized my hands were in tight fists because I was so tense between the massage/beat-down, and all the talking & closing-noise. When my massage was done, the guy hit me like he thought he needed to wake me up and ripped the towels off like he was pulling a tablecloth out from under a thanksgiving feast without spilling the turkey. … & it wasn’t even an hour yet(Fine by me! I was out the door faster than he ripped those towels!) I believe it will be a while before I try pampered massage again. I will try to find a quieter establishment. Besides, i have to let the bruises heal.

Love this place. Read the reviews though so you know what to expect but I’ve only had good experiences so far!

$ 25 for one hour of all over massage at this quality? Couldn’t believe what a great value it was especially given the great staff, and the clean and comfortable setting. If you’re really smart you’ll visit The Sushi House two doors down for an amazing meal! I will be back here once a week!

Been coming here for years. Love it! Always a great experience. Everyone I have had is great. Only thing is sometimes they talk to each other here and there…

Been a while but my experience here was good. It’s a communal massage room, dark, and peaceful. The massage is good and you can’t beat the price. This is definitely a nice low-key spot to visit, right off Ventura after a long commute.

I love this place. You absolutely cannot beat the price and the quality for the price. Strong hands, relaxing environment. I didn’t think it would be with the open space, but I don’t ever notice another person in there. I make appointments now, but they aren’t necessary.

I have never had a bad experience here — they will always fit me in and if my masseur is too hard or too soft I just let them know and they easily alter their touch and all is well. I have been to many Chinese foot massage places as well and have gone from being beat up to being barely massaged and just love these guys(and gals) — they are so accommodating and wiling to please it’s refreshing. Lots of free parking right out front.

I have tried many Chinese foot massages from San Diego to Los Angeles. At pampered foot I have had many different masseuses, and they all have given great massages. I work hard and look forward to visiting them after a long day. Love giving gift certificates to my friends and I highly recommend them.

I’ve never had a bad massage here yet. I can honesty say it was a healing session. So grateful. Everything that was plaguing me is no longer. Backs had been out since Thur. He’s instinctual and nurturing yet goes deep. Seemed to be a reflexology master. Love this place!

I want to start off by saying, I normally do not like writing bad reviews because I feel that it’s Bad Karma, but I need to let this be known. I’ve been coming to this establishment since they have opened. I get my nails done next door and have been for the past 12 years. I’ve been getting massages there for the past 4 years since they have been open. Everytime I find someone that I like they always end up leaving the establishment. When getting massages you find out who works for you and who doesn’t. It’s a sense of touch. The receptionist asked me to leave and not to ever come back when I asked for another masseuse. She was extremely rude and said her attitude was the reflection of the owners who doesn’t speak English. I’m not sure if anyone has experienced this issue but I don’t feel like I deserved that. Perhaps we’ll get back on track someday or not. But they should keep there workers consistent for there consistent customers.

I will never come here again, not relaxing at all. I actually feel more tense than when I went in. To start the bathroom was dirty. Weird that I noticed since they try to cover it up by keeping the lights so dim so you can’t tell. Then the massage started and the weirdest thing, I was sitting right next to the fish tank and the fish started ganging up on another fish. Biting him. I tried to not look but it was upsetting and I told the massage guy that he needed to get the fish out but all he did was laugh. Then the front desk lady came over and I told her that the big black fish was being bullied and bit by the smaller red ones and she too laughed and said they were playing. My massage guy threw a bunch of food in there and the fish were distracted for a while but I could hear the fish splashing around trying to get away from the bully fish during my whole massage and couldn’t relax. Tried talking to a manager(not available) or an owner(also not available) after my massage. I also left my number to have a manager call me but no phone call had been returned. Also, when laying face down on table couldn’t help but notice all the dirt and debris on the carpet, gross. Oh and massage was MEH… not really worth $ 25 even without all the fish drama.

Came in for the first time this past weekend. Pretty good for an hour massage for $ 25. When you first come in they have you soak your feet and sit up while they massage your shoulders. I actually felt like I burnt my feet since the water was wayyy too hot but I let him know and he added some cold water to it which helped. After you’re done soaking your feet, you then lay on your back and they massage your feet, legs, arms, and face. After this, they ask you to turn over and then they massage your back. I recommend wearing something comfortable, maybe a light, loose fitting dress or leggings and a T-shirt. Just don’t wear skinny jeans. It will suck trying to roll them up to soak your feet.

Went in for a $ 20 foot massage. Not sure why, but ended up getting massaged by the receptionist. If you even call that a massage. During the 60 minute massage, she took calls on the cordless phone, walked out of the room at least seven times(for two to three minutes at a time) to greet people. I asked her multiple times to apply more pressure but I don’t think she even knew how to give a massage. Completely unprofessional. Unacceptable. At the end she still charged me the full amount. I have no idea how places like this stay in business.

This is the spot! I can’t believe I’ve never been here before. I love this place. $ 25 for practically a full body massage! Unbelievable! 5 of my friends went here after having breakfast at Good Neighbor down the street. It was my birthday weekend and we decided to get foot massages last minute. We all went and walked out of this place totally relaxed and super happy that we found this little joint. Since then, I’ve been going to many other foot reflexology places closer to my place. So far this is still the best place I’ve been to. The place is clean. Staff is friendly. The door doesn’t open too much so that street traffic noise isn’t too bad. LOL I do remember the lady next to me was snoring. it didn’t bother me. Hey at least she was so relaxed to be able to feel that comfortable to fall asleep. All my friends kept making fun of me saying it was me. They are super strong and work out the kinks and knots in your body. If you are looking for a relaxing swedish type of massage, this is not the place for you… BUT if your body is aching and want it to feel better… then go to this place and take the pain. It’s worth it. You’ll feel much better. Sore but better.
