Come visit the recently redesigned Perennial Holistic Wellness Center! We have completely renovated our space to be the top Pre-​ICO dispensary in the San Fernando Valley. We not only offer the top cannabis in California, but also provide our patients with a wide selection of CBD strains, edibles, and tinctures in a safe and luxurious environment. We even offer complimentary valet parking.

Advancing cannabis science since 2006, Perennial Holistic Wellness Center is the first dispensary registered in Los Angeles Council District 2. PROP D compliant, Pre-​ICO in strict compliance with CA Prop 215 & SB 420. Patients must have a valid recommendation and a valid CA identification. All recs will be verified. Perennial Holistic specializes in premium and exotic strains grown for maximum medicinal result. We offer a wide variety of alternative medicine including edibles, tinctures, sprays, and lotions.

After spending many years fundraising for progressive non profit organizations, the opportunity came for me to help the public in a pioneering way. In late 2006, I left my career in fundraising to open Perennial Holistic Wellness Center. It has been a crazy ride thus far, but the appreciation of my patients who find solace in medicating with cannabis makes it all worth it.

First time customer, easy parking plus free valet parking. Clean store front with nice front desk personnel to check you in. In back office i was greeted by «Selma», very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Provided excellent information to a «newbie» patient looking for pain relief from chronic illness. Selma was kind and educated me on CBD products. They have a very wide selection of CBD products as well as topicals and non-​psychoactive products for those looking for pain relief. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This amazing place is full of amazing people. Since the day I walked in, my life has become so much more satisfying. I am a combat veteran. I was in the US Army Infantry, specifically 5th Stryker Brigade Combat Team. I was in Afghanistan during one of the biggest and bloodiest battles of the whole Afghan war. I took a bit of a beating and consequently have chronic pain as well as PTSD. I used to not even be able to leave my home. RX narcotics were a nightmare. So addicting and dangerous. Perennial was the first shop I went to after seeing a doctor and I have used it exclusively for my needs. The few times I went to other shops, out of necessity or because someone insists I’ll love their shop. Nah homie. Perennial for life!!! I honestly get a much needed rush of happiness on my way to this shop, which is always validated by a great experience with great peeps. Thanks guys. Biscuit and I love you!!! Xoxoxoxo

A+ clones and they would have gotten 5 stars but the free gram I was supposed to get was empty. When I asked about it the next time I went they said that because it was my free gram and had no transaction history, I was out of luck. That ain’t right dude.

I have always been a good patient and today was forced to leave when I did a Unilocal!review for them and asked to get what I always get for my free gram Private Reserve and was told I could only get Top Shelf. First let me start by saying they were being weird about it from the start. They actually insisted I write more, so that should give you an idea about the circumstances these other reviews may have been written under. Private Reserve gram is $ 18 and Top Shelf is $ 15. I even offered to pay the difference of $ 3. I told her I had taken a bus to get there, and I no longer wanted to come there after this experience, and she took it upon herself to refuse me service out of spite. All this for a free gram? But you know what? I’m glad it happened. I had been coming here since October and made minimum donations of $ 109.25 — $ 115 for a ¼ at least once a week. They recently stopped doing a rewards program of $ 60 after 10 visits, which made their donations less outlandish. So, for the record they are not only taxed, but the staff is unkind, and vindictive. I tried to part amicably, but the manager would not allow that. She tried to imply I was at fault for only wanting what they offered for a review! Well here is your review! Thank god I could change it from the nice one I had initially given. They don’t deserve it, or nice respectful patients such as myself who insist on compassionate care. I will be filing a complaint. Please don’t support people like these who treat us patients like customers and behaves like a drug dealer.

Last time I was here I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and the lady at the counter spent a good twenty minutes deliberating with me and explaining all the different strains.
They give you decent deals too!

Perennial carries a great selection of high quality products (smoke/​vapables, edibles, topicals, clones! and more!) at reasonable prices. Some stuff is expensive but they also offer BOGO deals, and they have a rewards program. The friendly and helpful staff add to the cool vibe. If that’s not enough, there’s free valet parking here!

This is a high end boutique dispensary, it’s the nicest dispensary I’ve ever been to. It feels more like a spa than a dispensary. They have a free valet. At the pot store. Only in LA. Ha ha
Medical Marijuana is great, especially if you have insomnia and chronic knee pain. This place offers many solutions, it’s like a fancy pot spa. I love the hallway with plants growing on both sides. The carry CBD oils here that are very beneficial for pain and arthritis relief, and helpful for your lungs if you shouldn’t be smoking. They also carry edibles in many forms, my favorites are the pretzels and the goldfish. Check it out, the guy at the front desk is very nice. And the people who run the dispensary in back are knowledgable and very friendly. I love this place. I’ve never actually used the valet, because I try to run errands when it’s not a busy time, so I can always find a spot on the street or in their small lot. But I would use it if the lot was packed and there was nowhere convenient to park.

In terms of quality cannabis, yes, Perennial has delivered some of the best marijuana I’ve had in California.
Not to mention, they have a large, varied selection. Everything from edibles, to dabs/​shatter, concentrates, quality flowers/​strains, and all sorts of paraphernalia
The only thing I really dislike about this dispensary, is the fact that ALL top shelf flowers start at $ 55 per 1⁄8th.
Which is expensive, in comparison to competing locations. I’ve been able to buy joints for $ 5 elsewhere which were not only rolled much tighter/​better, but much fatter packed than what I got at Perennial for roughly $ 11 more.
The staff here are awesome though. And if you’re new to medical marijuana, they can assist you in finding the products tailored to your needs. I would recommend Phyllis Diller as a personal favorite.
Perennial is ideal if you have a large budget to spend on medical marijuana. It’s expensive, but obviously with good reason.

Nice quiet place, modern, well lit with friendly people who are knowledgeable. Valet parking as well as good parking when I went. The young folk there were very kind to a first timers. They didn’t hurry me along when I really didn’t know what I wanted. They also give a senior discount! The people up front were super helpful as well. I’m glad I went there even though it was not in my neighborhood. I’ll go back.

I have been coming here for about a month now. I use to go to WEED down the street. This place is AMAZING compared to WEED. They have better customer service, selection and are very knowledgable about the product. One of the girls even helped me pick out a plant and taught me exactly what to do. If you want good quality bud come here. Especially Indica. You know those cheesy photos of an infant sleeping on a cloud? That’s me ever since I started coming here

This place is one of THE very best in the entire LA area! That’s a lot to be said one would think… And it is! Perennial is one of the only dispensary/​collectives that has their sh! t together. Beautiful place, great selection of everything; smokables, drinkables, edibles. Tinctures, balms, sprays, grow rooms, the list goes on. Hell they even have a raw juice bar! Oh, and they’re Pre-​Ico! So entirely above board. No hinky stuff going down around here! Truly a great find and a great place! Love ‘em.

Love these folks. I took my 83 year old mother here for her first time to a dispensary and they were kind and knowledgeable. The place is classy and had no smell of divey strip club gansta stuff you see at so many other establishments. And LOVE the valet as the parking lot is small!

Knowledgeable and SUPER friendly people — not only to me but to my dog as well. The place is super clean and DOESN’T feel like I’m at a refurbished pawn shop. HTC was my go-​to but I found this place on WeedMaps once HTC closed it’s current location… I am SO glad I found this place, AND — there’s a smoke shop, a café and a Subway in the SAME building AND — Jinky’s Studio City is right across the street.
I’m confused by the negative reviews because I’ve never felt like I was being ripped off and for those bitching about the sales tax — this is the SMARTEST way to show that marijuana could actually pull this fucking state out of the fiscal hole we’re buried in… and if THAT’S not enough, do some research into how Colorado’s doing right now since legalizing it.
I friggin love it here… you will, too.
