Very good place. Love the atmosphere, very casual and lively. The bowls are amazing. The medium is a good size for a meal. A lot of options to choose from. Overall loved it and would be back

Cute little shop but I feel like the person taking my order was in a rush and not really chatty. I got the large acai bowl and it was really good! The only thing was that it didn’t look as pretty as the pictures that were posted. Also I think the pineapples weren’t ripe enough): but it still tasted light, healthy and fresh !

I have recently gotten into acai bowls and have been on the hunt for best flavor and best deal. And I found the best of both worlds here! SO good! Most places are suuuuper expensive and don’t give you very much. A small here is $ 6 and it’s a good amount of acai– just as much as I would get at another place for $ 10. And they have SO many different toppings! You can get up to 4 and then it’s 50 cents for any extra ones. I’ve seen people talk about bee pollen on here and I asked if it was good, and she let me sample it! She also let me sample the acai too before I bought it. That’s awesome customer service– I love being able to try things instead of just guessing if I’ll like it. I decided to go with strawberries, bananas, granola, almonds and honey on top. It was SO good! The acai wasn’t too icy at all and not melty either– the perfect medium. Great texture and customer service! You gotta try this place!

This place is delicious and efficient. You can customize tasty acai bowls any way you like and they are fresh and healthy. I highly recommend eating here.

I was in the area and craving an acai bowl for breakfast. The ‘small’ sized cup was only half filled which was kind of disappointing. Apparently their acai is mixed with bananas and strawberries but I thought it tasted very bland and kind of flavourless. The raspberry and blueberry topping was pretty stingy — probably 3 berries of each. The almond and cacao nib toppings were good but there was too much of them for the small amount of acai so altogether the balance of the bowl was just kind of disappointing. The staff were really friendly though and more than happy to take my Unilocal check in for one free topping. I’d go back here for a juice but not for an acai bowl

Everyone here is so friendly, it just adds to the whole experience of feeding yourself healthy deliciousness! These are authentic acai bowls, because as the Brazilian owner proudly explained, acai berries are grown only in Brazil, and RioZonas gets them directly from farms there. $ 6 for a small includes 4 toppings, so really not too bad! Cute tropical, authentic Brazilian interior design transplants you to another place! Can’t wait to go back and get my Acai fix.

Love the variety, building custom acai bowl, and sampling of unique Brazilian twists. Small is $ 6, medium is $ 8.50, and large(ginormous I must add) is $ 11. The medium is equivalent to a large at Jamba Juice. Service was amazing. Definitely marking as a fav.

This place is amazing! From creating your own acai bowls, eating a breakfast sandwich, and drinking Brazilian soda; this place has it all! I created my own acai bowl, which let me choose 4 toppings plus an extra topping since I checked in. I asked for mango, papaya, pineapple, guava purée, and granola in my bowl. Then I chose agave as a sweetener because it’s healthier than honey… at least that’s what I heard. The bowl tasted amazing! It was like a tropical explosion in my mouth. I’d suggest always ordering a crunchy topping to your bowl because it taste way better with the fruits! Anyways since I ordered a small, the price came to be $ 6 without tax. I was really surprised that they didn’t charge for tax and it was only $ 6 for that size of a bowl because the bowl was pretty filling for me! The workers are really nice and helpful too! Since it was my first time here, the worker helped me create my perfect acai bowl by suggesting certain toppings. I definitely left with a smile on my face. P. S. I suggest ordering to-go cause parking is only allowed 20min, unless you find a spot on the street in which you have to pay at the meter.

I’m a big fan of this place. Both the bowls and smoothies are tasty and made of high quality ingredients. Excellent acai, tons of fresh topping options, friendly service, and amazing cheese bread. Parking is easy, too. All around wonderful. Tip– if you’re in a rush, order pick up through Unilocal.Same price, no wait.

Been here twice this week and I am officially obsessed. Healthy, Fast & Friendly! $ 6.00 small, $ 8.00 medium, parking in front, and wonderful customer service. I will be coming here for quick breakfasts now on the regular. I’m shocked how cheap it is for so much…

Acai is a little too frozen but it is still good. Dark purple color so it’s not blended with too many things. Love that they let you choose up to 4 toppings. They have a lot of toppings, including hemp protein! Small Acai with bee pollen, cacao nibs, and protein(4 stars): Loved the hemp protein with the Acai. And it makes it more of a healthy cheat meal with the protein, or at least I tell myself that. PARKING It’s in a little plaza so there is free parking! If it’s full keep driving and it takes you to a lot underground with more spaces. Love that they have parking, rare on Ventura Blvd. ATMOSPHERE Seats inside if you want to enjoy it right away. Casual, clean. SERVICE They lady helping me was very nice.

Really yummy acai bowls. Can’t wait to come here again. I got the Americano and my husband got the Rio and we both enjoyed it very much. The choice between honey and agave is awesome too. Very considerate for us vegans. Usually acai bowl places(the ones ive been to) don’t give us that option. So good… I want another one right now.

Best acai in LA. Definitely I will be back for more bowls. Great music and staff. Get also, the cheese bread and the pies. If you like the Brazilian soda –guarana– they have it here.

The Acai is really good, the customer service isn’t bad, and the café has a nice atmosphere. I had to deduct a few stars because of the fact that when I ordered the large Acai bowl they portion filled less than half of the container. I found this false advertising a bit disappointing. For $ 11.50 I would hope to at least have it close to the top. This happened on both occasions so it wasn’t a one time thing. Not sure if I will go back. Meh

AMBIANCE– Simple and clean, quick sit-down place. I’ve never been to Brazil but it’s how I imagine a high-end acai place would be there. FOOD– Their acai bowls taste and look genuine — none of that watered down, overly blended acai that I’m used to seeing and getting. Ordered a small acai bowl with cacao nibs, granola, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Definitely a bit pricey at $ 6, but oh so good. I liked my add-on choices — the cacao nibs and granola gave it texture without being too overpowering, and I love berries so that’s a no-brainer. It comes in a glass bowl, so definitely something to be enjoyed in the store rather than to-go. It’s a healthy and sweet summer treat. MISC– Free and easy parking in the vertical lot facing the storefront. One free add-on with Unilocal check-in. Win! Also able to order online, but decided to order in-person when I saw the free ad-on with Unilocal check-in.

Very very tasty Açai, just like the ones I used to have in Brazil! Very good pricing, specially because it’s very well served. Haven’t had the chance to try the other brazilian treats, but will definetely be coming back for more! The attendant was very very sweet and warm.

Was craving for an Açai bowl & I’m so happy I found this place! Was greeted with a very sweet lady. Love the variety and options they have. I decided to get a small Rio bowl with mango, banana, granola & blueberries. Because I checked in, I got a free topping! I chose the chocolate chips :) I enjoyed my bowl very much. The Açai was tasty and not sweet. I will definitely come back because I want to try other bowls and their cheese bread.

Holy acai. Just ordered the rio bowl with bee pollen, chia seeds & extra coconut chips. These bowls r outta this world. The acai is real deal thick super fruit… not even comparable to other places who serve these bowls. THESEAREREALBRAZILIANBOWLS and they take so much pride in making each one perfect. The owner is a sweetheart & you can tell she’s the type that genuinely wants to share real deal Brazilian bowls with us LA dummies. Ps…I got 5 mini cinnamon rolls while I was waiting… ate 4 before my order was ready. So good!

This place has spoiled me rotten. Long gone are the days of greyish purple acai that’s been mixed with milks, juices, or frozen yogurt. The acai here is only blended with fresh fruit(bananas and strawberries), highlighting and enhancing the fruit flavor of the acai. Besides the purity of their acai base, the toppings here are out of this world(see pictures for proof). The standard topping choices are here, of course, but the list goes to infinity and beyond! Papayas, watermelon, mango, passion fruit, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, dates, guava… To name A FEW. Then there’s the list of nuts and seeds, additional toppings like Greek yogurt and bee pollen, and finally a list of drizzles… YOUGUYS. The décor and Brazilian staff make me feel like I’ve teleported to Brazil to get an authentic Brazilian breakfast/snack. BESTACAIINSOUTHERNCALIFORNIA and perhaps best in Brazil too, but I can’t be sure until I actually go there. I got to try their cheese bread today too. OHMYGOD. Little sourdough balls of cheesy heaven, who knew?! If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, delicious meal or if you’re looking to teleport to Brazil, you’ve found the place with Rio.

This is the best place ever! I would eat here every day if I could. Their Acai is authentic and pure and not combined with a bunch of other things mixed in! Love love love their bowls.

It’s a decent acai bowl, but not worth a return trip. The yogurt is icy, not creamy, and they skimp on the granola and fruit. There are also very few ingredients in the bowl, making it fairly boring.

I have to say I stumbled upon this place about 3 weeks ago and I am so happy that I have the acia bowls are amazingly delicious. The cheese balls are just as delicious. I will return often and highly recommend it. The staff are so friendly and were very helpful in explaining what Acia was to me. Love this place.

At last there is an authentic place in the area where I can get amazing acai bowl. I was craving an acai bowl and decided to Unilocal and found this gem. It didn’t have any reviews so decided to check it out either way. I was greeted by Izabella and a yummy sample of their acai base. I decided to get the Hawaiian bowl which is the acai base topped with banana, mango, blueberries, and granola. All the acai bases are the same, the only thing that changes are the toppings. Unlike other places where you could taste banana or another fruit more than anything, the acai was the star in these bowls. In the display they also have the Brazilian cheese bread to temp you. I, of course, fell into temptation and got 6. They are 6 for $ 2. Although they are on the small side they are totally worth it. The owner is super friendly and helpful! Defiantly will be back as many times as I can!

I love this place, it just opened up right next to my work. I’ve been to many juice bars, smoothie bars, and tried many acai bowls from many places but this place has the best acai bowl I’ve ever tried. It’s truly authentic. Feels like I’m in Brazil. Can’t wait to come back and make this apart of my daily diet!
