Funny how ALL the other reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I got to visit this VaporStore once and they seemed nice, didn’t buy anything. I live close so I walk by sometimes, the past month or so it was always closed and mail piling up inside on the floor, not a good sign. Now the place is under construction with a new name so I guess someone else is going to try making it profitable.

I’m seriously shocked by all the great reviews of this place. I’ve been wanting to go here for awhile now but every time I stop by they are closed in the middle of the day when it says they are open. It doesn’t make sense. This has happened 6 times. Yes, SIX times! You’d think there would be at least 1 time it was open but no. When are these guys actually open? Someone please tell me. I’m at a loss.

This place is amazing. They have great products and awesome mods. JC is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered a lot of questions and wasn’t trying to chase me out at closing. This place lacks a big ego they don’t talk don’t on you for asking beginners questions. I recommend. This place to anyone from beginner to advanced levels of vaping

Inconsistent. Their listed hours say they are open, nobody answers their phone, stopped by the store and it’s closed, with no sign on the door of why they are closed mid day during the week when the posted hours say they are open. Call first and make sure someone answers before you drive here.

This place is great. Wonderful selection of juice, and super friendly staff! I’ve only been to Smoke Free three times but every time it has been an enjoyable experience. The staff that helped me out the times I’ve gone in were Chris, and the owner of the store (I don’t think I got his name) they were both super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend Smoke Free, especially if you’re new to vaping, they will get you squared away :)

New flavored juice. New tanks. I have the new kangertech aero tank. It’s the best tank as far as maintenance and gives you an option to give and release air, so you can get more taste and smoke. I also have the I clear30. That one you can taste the flavor as a juice and not just blowing out more smoke. Best vape store in town. Check them out and they will hook you up

The guys who run this place are extremely knowledgable. I wasn’t into vapor and just came in with a friend of mine. I ended up leaving knowing more about the stuff than my friends who actually use it. Whenever I decide to give up old school smoking I’ll definitely come to these guys. JC and Stan know their sh*t.

Spent a good 45 minutes just sampling flavors and getting the full intro to vaporizers. They have a magnificent collection of premium juices that can be hard to get a hold of on your own (like Alice in Vapeland). The owners were fabulous and friendly and worked with me to get an awesome setup I’ve used nonstop for the past month. This was a fantastic find on my last night living in Los Angeles. So far this is the best vape shop I’ve found anywhere.

We stopped by on a whim at 11:00 p.m. The place looked welcoming and we were greeted by co-​owner J.C. He offered us a beer, and explained the services. Basically, you try whatever flavor you want, as often as you want, and eventually you choose the product you’d like to purchase.
The nicest part about everything was J.C.‘s attentiveness and non-​pressure approach. Our party of 4 tried at least 10 different flavors. J.C. explained the variations, nicotine content, prices of the various vaporizers/​e-​cigarettes, and the basics of «vaping.» It turns out that all of the various flavors come in a non-​nicotine option. This place is great for both smokers and non-​smokers.
The experience was fantastic. The prices were fair, and we had a great time.
I walked out with a really cool product and a new found interest in the world of «vaping.» Check this place out — enjoy yourself and check out the crazy wallpaper in the bathroom.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. The appearance of the shop made me feel comfortable and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. I was truly impressed with how comfortable we were made to feel by Stan, the owner. He was SO informative and guided us to what was best for her needs. So stoked this place moved into the neighborhood. These guys are cool. Blue the owner was super helpful and a nice guy. I bought a pen and juice from them after sampling almost every flavor. I’ll be back for sure! You guys should setup an oxygen bar at that back table. Not too many people are doing that.

Best vape shop I’ve been to in SoCal. Chill local vibe. Great deals. Crazy selection. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. They will let you try every flavor until you find the one you like the best. They carry local brand Burst for vape refills, I recommend cherry favor.

This place is fantastic. I was a smoker for years, and smoking from a vaporizer is a great alternative. It’s set up much like a wine bar, with comfy stools, music, and free tastings so you can get exactly what you want. They have the standard tobacco/​nicotine juice, as well as tremendous variety of other flavors, and the quality can’t be beat. Captain Crunch is my personal fave! The also sell a large assortment of the vaporizers themselves, and at reasonable prices. The owner is a great guy who’s often there making sure people feel comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific – right in the heart of Studio City with plenty of street parking available. This place beats the Vapor Store by a mile. Love it!
