Specializing in Massage for Runners, Bicyclist and Triathletes. I use a combination of deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point and energy work to loosen your hip flexors (psoas), gluts, adductors and calves. After a 90 minute runner’s massage you will have more mobility in your joints and be able to train longer.

Office in Studio City and Outcall/​Mobile Spa available in Greater Los Angeles area.

Business Owner

Julien Alyssa is a certified business and life coach, reiki master and certified massage therapist. Over the past ten years Julien has been a favorite therapist to some of the world’s most discriminating clientele including A-​listers, CEOs, rock stars and pro athletes. Julien says she thinks healing is just in her blood. She recalls giving massage to family and friends as early as age seven.

I am an avid runner and soccer player and consistently suffer from aching legs (especially as the years add up)! Julien’s runner’s massage was a great way to address all of my problem areas. She especially paid attention to my calves, and used trigger point therapy to allow the muscles to relax and loosened me up in time for my game the next day. She has a great space in Studio City and her attitude and professionalism are 2nd to none. I would highly recommend that any athlete, serious or weekend warrior give her a call. — K. — LA

I’ve been using Julien exclusively for a few years now. Since that first massage, each one has been better than the last. I’ve not had massages in the past with near this amount of attention to my problem areas. I was so impressed that I have incorporated her into my office. When deadlines create physical exhaustion at the office, I bring her in and she brings her professionalism and her cheery disposition in and lifts the office fog and tension right away. I cannot say enough positive about her. Truly one of a kind.
